Very nice hotel in old town in the mountains. Clean with nice breakfast bar, clean bathroom and rooms. Shopping options near by with small cafe, bakery and shopping centre. Parking easy around for free.

No privacy in the bathroom
The room over looked a car park building. There was a shortage of plug sockets ..it was as if thecroom was set up for one person staying. Therexwas only a single socket on one side of the bed. The bathroom was awful it there was a glass wall around the loo so you can watch your partner on thecloo. Then the room smells as its not partioned off properly. The room was dark and gloomy. The shower was dangerous it was so slippy. Ivwould notcrecommend this hotel for older guests at all. The bathroom doorcwas difficult to open.

Superb in every way
After a long day of driving this was just what I needed. Comfy rooms, excellent customer service, lovely bathrooms ( with a big bath?! ) and a great locations. Spotlessly clean and modern. I managed to park on the street right out the front, which is free too.

They not only accept dogs but set up the room with a dog bed! Staff super attentive. They accomodated late check out at no charge. It was quiet. Good location.

A visit to my family at Christmas in nearby Muro.
This hotel is perfectly located in Alcoy town centre with great views from the restaurant of part of the town. Unfortunately my room had a view of the shopping centre, but this does not detract from the fact that the hotel is very clean, modern and the staff are very friendly. The breakfast is good, although at €8 pp per day you can get this cheaper in the town at a cafe if you be bothered to leave the hotel in the morning. I also parked in the hotel car park as street parking is full at the weekend. This was €12 a night, so with breakfast this added up somewhat, however I was happy to pay for the convenience of on site breakfast and parking. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will probably stay there again for my next trip to visit family in the area.

Brilliant hotel. Located in the heart of Alcoi, quick check in with friendly staff. Rooms modern, clean with good toiletries. Convenient parking. Great choice of breakfast.

The staff, the room, the amenities, the breakfast, the restaurant, all exceeded my expectations. It was a wonderful place to stay overnight on my travels through Spain. I didn't have time to go through the old part of the city, but on my drive out of town, it looked fascinating.

The staff were very helpful. There was plenty of selection at breakfast. The room was adequate. The only slight disappointment was the spa. The jacuzzi wasn’t very hot and the sauna wasn’t working. Otherwise the visit was good value.

It is a hotel very close to the centre of the town, with most sites easily walkable. The secure car park is a great asset.

Quite a smart hotel, we enjoyed sitting in the lounge area where there was free coffee, chocolate etc and a marvellous view along the gorge to the bridge and the churches of the old town.The only negative here was mind-numbing non-stop music (there shall not be silence). At least it was English-Language music. Our room was equipped with a television, but NO English-Language programmes. Why was that? Woz it coz of Brexit?

In the heart of Alcoi in beautiful Valencia region
A nice hotel with the most friendly staff I have met for a very long time. Shopping center across the street, nice café´s beside, less than an hour away from the airport of Alicante-Elche, up to the mountains at a place with almost no tourists.

Escapada en pareja
Como siempre en este hotel, todo es una experiencia relajarte, agradable y satisfactoria. El desayuno o el rato de lectura en su comedor con vistas a la ciudad desde el enorme ventanal es un verdadero lujo. Una ciudad amable, limpia, acogedora de arquitectura modernista que te acoge como a uno mas de la familia.

I am staying this hotel 3-4 times in a year whenever go to Al coy for business. Of cause it was one of best hotel during this trip to Spain and Italia.
