The villa features air conditioning in all rooms, WiFi, a living room with fireplace and TV, and beach towels for your convenience.  
  
Step outside to enjoy your private garden, private covered and uncovered terraces, and a private fully fenced outdoor pool open from April to September. You can relax with mountain views, use the private grill, or refresh yourself with the outdoor shower.  
  
Street parking is available, and 1 pet is allowed. Events are not permitted on the property, and smoking inside is prohibited.  
  
The property sits on a quiet, fully paved road in a peaceful residential neighborhood with restaurants within walking distance. The coast is 25 minutes away, Torre del Mar beach is 20 minutes away, Málaga city is 45 minutes away, and Nerja is around 40 minutes by car. Granada is approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes away, with Sierra Nevada mountains ideal for winter skiing also within reach. Local activities include horse riding and walks around the lake, while Alcaucin village offers natural parks and picnic areas.
