"This was a great high-tech hotel. The staff were wonderful and extremely helpful. The pool was lovely but I wish it stayed open later than 8 p.m. I was only able to use it for 15 minutes before it closed but it was really nice. Service at the restaurant was a little slow and I wish they had a better wine by the glass but the Cesar salad was wonderful. Parking was easy and plentiful. Mostly I remember the wonderful staff at the front desk."

"Room was great but the bathroom and the corridors always had a bad smell (like toilet smell). Does not help that the vents in bathrooms are all broken and don’t work. Also the one in the shower does not work. The bathroom door stays closed automatically so no air flow in there. And you can’t leave it open either. The breakfast was good (only got it on my 1st morning). I had issues with my card key which I had to go down to reception 3 times, since it did not work. No big deal since there is someone there 24/7. There is a great Peruvian restaurant 5 min down the street which was great. There is also a McDonald about 15min walk. The metro station is less than 5 min walk. So location was pretty good. Only €10 euros for an Uber to airport (which is the reason I book this place) since I had to be at airport at 4am. I would stay here again."

"They held our luggage for us before check-in and after check-out which was very helpful. They also lock the front door at night when there's no front desk person (you just scan your card to get in) which makes it feel safer. Room was clean and housekeeping comes daily I believe. Lots of food and stuff in the area too. I'd stay here again!"

"- Easy check-in (about 5-10mins), can be done online as well - Functional cards to access the rooms; had one issue that was resolved in 5mins - I have not personally tried the food over there but I’ve been told it’s not terrible - I’ve not used the laundry systems but there is a paper in the closet with the prices; seems kind of expensive honestly since it’s a cost per piece of clothing; same thing for ironing - Rooms are very nice, bathroom as well, bidet included. Only thing is that flushing may be complicated for people with physical disabilities as it was already difficult without any. It’s a button that you have to push harder than what would be expected. The cleaning team is nice, but I will say that once it’s past 11-12, it is unlikely that they will pass again even if we indicate that the room is free to be cleaned - 2 different metro stations near (15 mins on foot: Suanzes has a hill to climb up a little and Torre Arias is much more simple. There’s also different bus stations nearby (28 -> Puerta de Alcàla; 105 -> Airport (big luggages aren’t allowed on); 153 -> no clue). Main city is easily accesible within 30-40mins - Communication with the hotel team is easy with a little Spanish skill; they speak a little english as well so it’s easy to bridge both languages - Gym available; didn’t use it, but it seemed to have enough equipment to work out Overall: 4/5, I never really had to think much about the hotel in a negative sense, but it didn’t stick out to me :p"
