The rooms made you feel homey for us and check out was amazing, but checking out with the staff was terrible. I had to leave work early in the morning, but when the staffed called to ask if I was extending my staff. I apologized that I didn’t communicate that I wasn’t able to check out in person, but my guest was out right at 11am. Once I let them know, she said she would check. 15 mins had past and I haven’t heard back from the front desk. I called and she said she still hadn’t checked even though told me she would. The whole experience of talking with the front desk was unprofessional for me.
