The property manager was incredibly responsive when I contacted them which was really appreciated. The location was perfect - really close to the freeway and quick to get to old town. I was able to run a mile to the Rio Grande and the neighborhood felt very safe. Having the washer/dryer upstairs near the bedrooms was super convenient and the showers were stocked with soap/shampoo/conditioner. It would have been nice to have ziploc bags or storage containers for leftovers but there was aluminum foil and saran wrap which worked as well. The kitchen was well stocked with condiments and seasoning as well! The A/C worked great - perhaps a little too well for the downstairs so make sure to bring a jacket if you run cold like I did. The thermostat downstairs controls the upstairs bedrooms so make sure to set it properly before you go to sleep as the master bedroom runs a little warm. Overall, such a great stay! ##### Yi-Ling W. We stayed here for 4 days and absolutely loved the property. The location of the home was very convenient; just a few minutes from Old Town and access to I 40\. The home is luxurious and well represented in the photos on the site. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts Evan & Derrick are amazing. Communication with them was excellent. They gave us recommendations for activities and restaurants that were very helpful. They immediately dealt with a minor housekeeping issue and went above and beyond to make sure the stay was perfect. There is plenty of room to spread out and this is a great property for families. Being able to park inside the garage is a nice benefit. Of note, the 4th bedroom is on the main level and only has a half bath. This is not an issue unless you can not climb stairs.We will absolutely stay here again when in the area.
