The hotel is very good but is next to a busy highway full of night time car racers. Noisy. It is a little tricky negotiating going south from the hotel which is on a one way frontage road but it is doable.

The room consisted of an ugly oder when we entered the room. The couch/pullout bed was broken. The room didn’t provide linens. Requested for another room but they we were told it wasn’t there concern because we book through a 3rd party website. Not staying here again and would recommend you book else where.

The pull out bed did not work and when I notified the front desk they just told me that there was nothing they could do. Had kids above us running around stomping all night till 3 am. Still front desk did nothing. Shower did not have any warm water will not go back even if I was paid

Was a good stay. I dont know why Expedia thinks a 4 is bad. We were only there one night and it met my needs. I wouldnt want to be there a week, but if you just need a place to stay for a day or 2, it's a good choice.

All in all good room. Definitely is dated, and need to get a handle on the pot smokers because the halls of level 3 reeked everytime we went out. Nice in room jet tub. Breakfast was very good. Staff friendly and helpful. Close to many resturants and shopping. Didnt seem to ruff of a neighborhood.

Our one night stay was decent. Our rooms were clean. It was quiet so we got a good nights rest. However, the pool was closed during our stay which made our stay just a tad bit disappointing.

We did NOT like the street that exited the Hotel property. Pavement was rough and we had to pull thru 2 lanes of traffic to turn LEFT to exit street....stop light needed

Hotel is at a very busy location. The room was comfortable, but not light tight and the parking lot is well illuminated with the very bright lights. Also don't care for heating/ cooling units right next to the bed as they are difficult to regulate. Breakfast was ok, location in town was ok. Entry to hotel somewhat awkward-not off service road, but next road back from I25 so you made a left turn off Montgomery across three lanes of traffic.

We had a good night
We felt much safer at this hotel than other's we've been to as a family. The staff was friendly, quick, and helpful. There were a few issues with cleanliness (e.g. a couple roaches and missing towels) but overall an acceptable.

The suite was a great size. The beds were comfortable and so was the sofa. The breakfast was cooked on site, not put into microwave to warm up. I was pleasantly surprised.

Not a businessman’s hotel
Place needs lots of maintenance. Dirty, peeling wallpaper, bathroom needs lots of care , no usb ports in room, no doors on closet, and more. It is not a business hotel. The complementary breakfast was great - plentiful and varied. The cook/ attendant was so nice and attentive. Reported excessive noise in parking lot three nights in a row - partying and over loud noise - and night manager did not fix the problem. The partygoers were a known problem but were not stopped. Cleaning staff was overwhelmed but did a great job with what they were dealing with as far as room conditions. And they charged a $50 fee as deposit for potential damages.
