Excellent property for the family to relax at - the pool was a real hit with the children and grandchildren. Beaches in (sort of) walking distance but better in a car. Variety of restaurants are in the area and a first class supermarket. The villa itself was ideal and well equipped. Nothing negative to report!

This was a beautiful large villa to stay at. The pool was lovely, if a little cold but that is to be expected in October. Easy to walk to local beaches and restaurants. We had an amazing stay.

We hebben een heerlijke week doorgebracht in een fantastisch huis. Het huis was brandschoon, zowel binnen als buiten en erg compleet wat een hoop bagage scheelt. Vooraf hebben we veel informatie gekregen over het huis en de omgeving, waardoor we goed voorbereid op weg gingen. Communicatie met de eigenaar is prima verlopen. De eigenaar heeft gastvrijheid hoog in het vaandel staan. Ook het contact met de lokale beheerder verliep uitstekend. Het huis ligt heerlijk rustig, het strand is vlakbij, er zijn winkels en restaurants in de omgeving. Wij waren er met zes volwassenen en twee kinderen van 9 en 2 jaar. We hebben genoten! Het huis is een echte aanrader!

Lovely villa a few minutes outside of Albufeira. Lots of space both inside and outside the villa, very private and quiet away from the main roads. The pool is nice and big and the garden area is nicely laid out, children loved the pool area. 10 minute walk to some nice beaches, a couple of shops nearby but you'll need a car/taxi for larger shopping trips. Supermarket also close by. The villa has everything you need for self catering, its very secure and the rooms are large, the beds are very comfortable. We were a family of 5 and we had an amazing holiday, thanks also to Nuno who was very helpful and accomodating.

Oke, ek ff iets positiefs fja de huisbaas😜 Aankomst was top geregeld. Een aantal dagen voorafgaand de reis goed contact gehad via mail met de huurbaas uit NL, die heeft er tevens voor gezorgd dat een busje voor onze groep klaarstond op het vliegveld Faro, omdat taxis nu in de corona tijd niet rijden met grote groepen. Waren met 6pers tussen de 25 tm 30jr. Busje was dus top geregeld! Dit busje hebben we de rest van de week er ook bij gehuurd. Op het vliegveld hebben we de vriendelijke lokale agent gebeld met de mededeling dat we waren aangekomen. Die heeft ons vervolgens via whatsapp een live locatie gestuurd van de villa. We waren vanaf het vliegveld Faro binnen 40min bij de villa, mooi dichtbij! De lokale agent heeft ons daar opgewacht en in de villa rondgeleid. Leuk en vriendelijk ontvangst, spreekt overigens goed engels. Accomodatie eerste indruk: groot, netjes, schoon en tiptop in orde. Alles aanwezig wat je je maar kan bedenken, we zijn niks tekort gekomen tijdens het verblijf. Qua omgeving van de villa, ligt afgelegen en op een rustige plek. Zit een erg mooi klein zandstrand dichtbij (praia de coelha) met restaurant waar evt. gelegenheid is tot suppen, loopafstand 15min. Winkeltjes zoals de spar voor vers brood in ochtend is tevens 15min lopen vanaf villa. Wel een aanrader om vervoer te regelen tijdens het verblijf, ivm grote boodschappen die je doet. Lidl is ongeveer 15 tot 20 min met de auto. Omdat wij net in de onzekere coronatijd zaten(20-6-2020 tm 28-6-2020), was er op de boulevard(the strip, 15min met de auto) helemaal niks te beleven. Alle horecagelegenheden waren dicht, op een paar (eet)tentjes na. Was erg jammer, maar hebben hier over het algemeen weinig hinder van ervaren, omdat we ons bij de villa goed hebben kunnen vermaken! De laatste dag hebben we in Faro doorgebracht, mooie stad met veel winkelstraten, daar was wel wat meer te doen en meer geopend.

Alles ging prima. In omgeving veel mogelijkheden tot wandelen en strandjes bezoeken. Genoeg goede restaurants ook en een uitzonderlijk goede supermarkt. Indien auto beschikbaar: voldoende leuke dorpjes/steden te bezoeken.

De aankomst was eerlijk gezegd een tegenvaller. We zijn goed ontvangen door de beheerder, maar helaas was het huis bedompt en hing er een schimmelgeur door heel het huis, vooral in de slaapkamers/kasten en bijkeuken. Het was kil en erg vochtig.

Am Ende einer Sackgasse gelegen, total rugige Lage. Praktisch uneinsehbarer Garten, mehrere Terassen, auch schattige. Ungewöhnlich grosser Pool, top gepflegter Garten. Küche bestens ausgestattet, zwei Kühlschränke, ausreichend Geschirr, wirklich alles, was man braucht Riesiger Wohnraum mit grossem Esstisch Vier Schlafräume, davon zwei mit eigenem Bad und ein drittes Gemeinschaftsbad Überdachter Stellplatz für das Auto. Gute Infrastruktur in der Nähe und zwei Strände fussläufig zu erreichen. Allerdings lärmten Gäste in der Nachbarschaft während einiger Nächte, deshalb darf man keine völlig ungestörten Abende oder Nächte erwarten

Ein rundum wunderschönes Haus. Wir hatten eine fantastische Woche. Das Haus war sehr sauber als wir ankamen. Die Zimmer haben Platz genug und verfügen jeweils über ein eigenes Bad. Es war alles vorhanden. Von Spielzeug für Kinder, Playstation mit ganz vielen Spielen, DVD´s, Bücher, Geschirr, Besteck, Liegen, usw, ist wirklich unheimlich viel vorhanden. Das Haus wurde sehr geschmack- und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns richtig zuhause gefühlt. In der oberen Etage gibt es ein großes Schlafzimmer mit großem Balkon und spektakulärer Aussicht Richtung Meer. Der Garten war topgepflegt und man konnte richtig entspannen. Ein eingemauerter Grill ist natürlich auch vorhanden. Der Kontakt verlief reibungslos und war sehr freundlich. Es gibt reichlich Restaurants und Einkaufmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Albufeira ist auch nur ca. 5km entfernt. In der Nähe von der Villa gibt es einen richtig tollen Strand der auch nicht so überlaufen war als wir da waren. Praia da Coelha. Einfach mal googlen. Wenn Sie und Ihre Familie eine tolle Zeit verbringen möchten, sind Sie hier genau richtig. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Echt prachtige villa met alle faciliteiten die je kan wensen. We hebben echt niets gemist tijdens onze vakantie. De oudere meiden waren helemaal lyrisch en de jongste niet weg te slaan uit het zwembad. De mooie strandjes in de omgeving, lopen kan, maar met is met kleine kinderen niet aan te raden. Wel op loopafstand in restaurant O Marinheiro, een regelrechte aanrader. Reserveren noodzakelijk! De supermarkten in de buurt zijn best prijzig, veel goedkoper is de grote supermarkt in de shopping mall richting de snelweg.
