The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building with lift, its composed by: living and dining room, a complete kitchen, two bathroom´s and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds.

In the living and dining room there is a cozy area to relax with two sofas for 4 people, LCD TV with cable channels, free Wi-Fi internet and a dining area with table and chairs. In the room there is also a terrace with table and four chairs where you can enjoy a drink on warm summer evenings.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook your own meals, from ceramic hob, oven with grill, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and utensils for 4 people.

The bathrooms have a bathtub with shower and a hairdryer. The water is heated by a water tank.

For your safety, the home features a first aid kit, fire extinguisher and fire blanket in the kitchen.

For your convenience, the house has iron and ironing board, bed linen and bath towels for all guests, weekly cleaning (every 7 days), vacuum cleaner, broom and shovel. Air conditionate is available I the living-room as well in the bedrooms.

This apartment has a privileged location, as it is close to the city center and the beach, as well as services such as ATM (300m), Intermarché supermarket (400m), restaurants and cafes (50m), private hospital (1300m), bus station (2600m), urban bus stop (50m). The nearest restaurant is the Barbecue Robertos at 100m. The apartment is also 2000m from the famous historical center of Albufeira, where some of the most beautiful beaches in the Algarve are located, bars and discos for all tastes and entertainment all year round.

Check-in - From 15: 00h / Check out - until 10: 00h. Any needed changes will be informed.

HOUSE RULES:
- No reservation accepted from guests under 25 years old.
- Between 10pm and 08am is not permited any noise.
- A deposit of € 400 is charge from your crédit card for each reservation, this deposit is automatically return if no damage to the house or durty above normal when you check out
- For group reservations under 30 years old, is required a extra deposit of 300€ person, this deposit is paid in cash on check in and returned on the checkout date, if damage to the property or dirt above normal, as per rental rules that you will receive in your email after reservation confirmed.
