Villa Grace Bay
Villa Grace Bay is a great holiday home offering a prime location in the Gale area, just a 5-minute walk from the best golden sandy beaches. It is within walking distance of excellent restaurants, bars and shops. This bright and spacious property is ideal for families looking for a relaxing, car-free holiday.
The villa has air-conditioning, free WIFI and 5 spacious bedrooms, all of which have their own en-suite facilities. On the ground floor there are 2 twin bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms with bath tubs. The first floor has a further 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed with a bath tub in the en suite, and one with twin beds and a large walk in shower in the en-suite. The fifth bedroom is found on the lower floor and also has an en-suite bathroom with bath tub. There are a further 2 washrooms within the villa, one on the ground floor and one on the lower floor.
The lower floor, besides the bedroom which has access to the outside terrace, also has a living room with adjoining kitchenette equipped with a charcoal grill. These are situated next to the games room, where you will find the pool table and another set of patio doors that lead out to the terrace.
The ground floor has a fully equipped, traditional style kitchen with all the modern appliances such as dishwasher, coffee machine and ceramic hob and this adjoins the laundry room with the washing machine, ironing facilities and additional fridge/freezers. The bright and spacious living room is also on this floor and there is a separate dining room with a feature ceiling. A corridor leads to the 2 twin bedroom suites.
On the first floor, you will find the further 2 bedrooms with their en-suite facilities. The double bedroom has a bathtub and the twin bedroom has a large walk in shower, and also a lovely terrace leads from the bedroom which is a perfect place to sit and enjoy the amazing sea views.
Outside, the property boasts a wonderful terrace where you can enjoy meals al-fresco, prepared on the traditional Algarvean barbeque with its own dining area. The private swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra) invites you to take refreshing dips and soak up the summer sun on the sun-loungers or sit and relax reading a book on the traditional Portuguese seats next to the pool. There is parking space for up to 6 cars.
Ideally located in the beach town of Galé, Villa Grace Bay is only a short walk away from a wide range of renowned restaurants, some of the Algarve's most beautiful sandy beaches where you can enjoy water sports activities and only a short drive away from an excellent golf course (Salgados Golf Course).
Albufeira, with its colourful marina, charming old town along Pescadores beach and the Strip Albufeira, with quality restaurants, pubs, shops and sparkling nightlife, is also located within a 10-minute drive away.
The changeover day for this property is on Thursday.

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.
