We paid a premium room, room size is good, comfortable. Shower had a problem, water would not stay on, need to press the switch valve button continuously with one hand in order to have water, maintenance eventually fixed it. Most TV channels don't work, one remote was not functioning, channel guide button and list button did not respond or function. Hotel staffs were less than friendly. Expedia might have mixed up regarding our booking but the hotel did not assist in anyways to resolve the problem. Paying a premium price for the one bedroom suitable that did not even have a bath tub. One and only restaurant was fully booked and we couldn't have dinner in the hotel. Other outside restaurants are distant away and we had to walk in the rain to get there. Parking ticket had a problem, hotel staff did not give clear enough of directions. Hotel amenities are very deficient. Dissatisfied, will not stay in this hotel again.

Excellent location for local attractions and a 20 minute walk into the city centre with good transport links. Hotel in good order and staff friendly. Breakfast one of the best I've had in respect of quality and choice of a continental type.

Rooms were spotless. Excellent quality buffet breakfast. Ideally located for buses, Turia Garden and a short work from the metro. Good facilities with gym and pool included.

A modern hotel that is perfectly situated for Turia Gardens and close to the metro. Courteous and helpful staff who were gracious enough to let us check in early ready for the Valencia Marathon Expo.

Large spacious and modern room. The property is clean but showed signs of age. It can use a bit of refreshing and repair. The bed is NOT comfortable. They use foam mattresses which caused a bit back backache for me. The pool and gyms are small but adequate. It's rare to have pools around this neighborhood. It's a great area _ not too far from the old city and the city of Art and science. Everything is within walking distance. It's totally safe around here. Make sure you sign up for the breakfast. It's worth it. There is no concierge service here. You need to know what you're doing or join a tour. Overall, I am very happy to stay for a week to enjoy the great Valencia lifestyle without the burden of a car of a tour guide!

바르셀로나로 가는길에 하루 머물렀는데 방이 너무 좋았습니다. 2방이 연결된 connecring room으로 신천했는데 스페인여행 5개 호텔중에 유일하게 connecting room을 제공했고 방도 크고 모자 선물도 있어서 재미있었습니다. CAC까지 20분정도 떨어져있지만 강변 공원을 따라갈수있어 좋았습니다.

Excellent hotel, great staff and very clean and tidy. My birthday coincided with my visit and they couldn't have been nicer about it. Only slight disappointment was the pool which wasn't quite as big as the photos made it out, but we still managed to get a quick dunk at quiet times. Would recommend and would stay again.

Lovely vibrant hotel with all the facilities you expect. Right across the road from the old river bed Park, and within easy walking distance to all the main sights. Bus stop just out the door bus 92 goes to the beach and Marina. Wonderful.

we have no air condition in my room, 4 times we ask the front desk to fix this problem, they did not do anything, i hardly sleep because was so hot. for sure they need to reimbursed some of nights that honestly i did suffer. this is the first time i ask for compensation. rooms were clean and nice, but no air condition and temperature was from 30 to 38.

The hotel is newly renovated. The rooms are a very good size with a big bathroom. It is well situated to many bus stops going to old town or the beach, or a 15-20 minute walk to the old town.

Found it difficult to get info about hotel. No brochure in room. No room service menu; told to refer to website but was difficult to access. Had to ask where pool and spa were. Superb hotel, excellent service. Staff are very knowledgeable & attentive. Our room was cleaned daily to a very high standard… nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was delicious, super buffet with great selection.

SH palace hotel Valencia
3 night city break for the 2 of us. 2nd visit to Valencia for one of us. Hotel is conveniently located for city centre or beach. 20min walk to centre 40mins to beach. A few bars and eateries nearby. Taxis readily available outside hotel. On a good bus route too. Metro a little further out. Hotel is clean, staff are friendly and helpful. Room is well stocked with robes, slippers and all the toiletries you could need (body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand cream, soap, toothbrushes and toothpaste, razor and shave gel) and all good quality. We found the leisure facilities a tad lacking with the spa having work done, the roof top terrace not open and the pool having the roof shut for most of our stay. That said the lounge bar did have seating outside which was pleasant even if it was kerbside. And the pool although small was clean and tidy and would suffice for a quick dip. Hotel stored our bags on last day due to late flight home and provided changing facilities for us. Finishing on rooms could use a spruce up. Paint on woodwork, window latches worn etc. we would 100% return as the staff really do the hotel justice

Everyone was very patient with the fact that I could only speak English and everyone was very friendly. The room service was great!!! The lab was superb and the fragrances on the lotions and bath gel was heavenly!!! THANK YOU!!! :)

Need to go the extra mile for 5^ status
2nd time staying here and the location is excellent. Only a short walk over the bridge to the Gran Via district with some great eateries or a bit further (20 mins) to the old town. Going the other way, there's a very handy bus if you want to head down to the sea. Room quite big with a large bed but bathroom could have been cleaned more scrupulously. Lovely big towels. Only real issue was that for a 5* hotel, it lacked 5* service. There was little info at reception or in room about pool, spa, any other amenities or the local area/city. and didn't offer any Gold Member extras. Staff friendly enough but few and far between (pool had no one around at all). Overall we just felt a lack of 5* TLC.
