Great hotel right in the middle of the city. Room was a good size, all facilities were great and the breakfast was a real bonus. Great value for money to boot. Thoroughly recommend, will hopefully be back again soon.

Location was perfect for the city, beach and metro straight to the airport, very clean, modern and friendly staff, Spa was excellent and perfect after a long day exploring, outdoor pool area was stunning ,just wish we had more time there to enjoy the facilities, two suggestions would be ,the gym to be open later, 8pm was quite early, and tea coffee facilities in the room would make it perfect,

Great location and easy to find, in strolling distance to the fantastic museum's and an easy 30 min walk into the old town. Reception was freindly and helpful as were the bar staff. Wifi connection was poor on the 6th floor and the room was large but sparce with no coffee or tea in room facilities and fridge wasnt working.. Spa facilities were great having the 80min water treatments, facial and massages which were fantastic. The 80 min water treatment was too much time for us and 60 min would be better. Overall we really enjoyed the hotel stay and Valencia was awesome.

Friendly efficient check in, good location for exploring both new and old Valencia and my room was comfortable and clean. Soundproofing between rooms was not good and had to move rooms after I'd checked in because of noise from the adjoining room. Staff were very helpful and it was no problem to move rooms.

Here for new year, having stayed at Primus many years ago. Hotel is tired and in need of some refurb. There was a funny/ stale smell in our room and so were given plug ins air fresheners to help! Breakfast wasn’t great, limited selections but we were offered brunch and late check out on New Year’s Day. Location near a mall was handy and easy to get in and out of city.

Air conditioner was ineffective and room was stuffy and warm. Had to sleep with window open which did little, other than let in noise from the street. Shower had mould and wouldn’t drain properly. I asked for this to be investigated but no one was sent to inspect. Room was neat and tidy, staff were nice and area around hotel had nice shops and dining/coffee options.

Was recommended by a family member didn’t disappoint. Beautiful room lovely bathroom Clean towels everyday.. only thing was the breakfast which we paid once for the eggs and bacon were cold but other than that a good standard of food maybe the smoking area outside the hotel entrance should be kept cleaner. definitely stay again.

No irons available
All great, specially service at the breakfast, hostess super friendly and courteous and helpful. The only thing that was a disappointment was that there were no irons to be lend. I had to go arou d with wrinkled clothing.

Really enjoyed the property, the staff were friendly and very informative! The hotel itself is near the aquarium but you’ll need to bus or walk into town. However they do provide a bike hire at a fee and first come first serve. Pool was delightful, I would say they could do with a few more loungers! Lots of chairs though. Was nice to be able to buy a drink from the bar also.

The hotel is very modern, welcoming and is very well positioned for what we wanted. We walked through the park to the old town twice and adored the huge winding park enormously. The area directly around the park has excellent dining and shopping facilities, taxis to get to the airport and is a stone's throw from the park. The little issues that could've been improved: 1) the shower thermostat was stuck on hot but this showed the service excellence because it was fixed by the time we got back in the afternoon following me reporting it to reception. 2) our room was on the sunny side of the hotel and heated up a lot (between 26-30 outside and it got REALLY hot without the A/C on - my girlfriend can't stand A/C, so I had to bake one morning) - simple fix, either use the A/C or if you don't like it then ask for a room on the other side! 3) The scrambled eggs were a little bland. Other than that - a GREAT VALUE 4 star hotel and we will definitely be staying there again when we next visit Valencia.

A great location for arts and sciences centre. No 19 bus takes you straight to the old town. Staff were lovely and always helpful.Especially the breakfast staff x room air con was woeful we had very little sleep as it was never cool enough.

Property felt well equipped, although the spa was quite dated and not much of the circuit worked. Sleep was difficult as the noise of cleaners began at around 8am, which is understandable but annoying. My 2 star rating is due to a cleaner who barged her way into our room when we had requested our room to not be serviced. Both me and my partner were not ready to be seen to when the door was knocked. The cleaner barged into the room, tried to clean the bathroom and started touching my partner's underwear and continued to do so when asked to stop. Every other staff member was incredible, apart from your cleaners
