- on one level: a fully equipped kitchen, open to a very large living-dining room opening onto the terrace, two bedrooms (one with a 140 bed and the other with two 90 beds) each with a bathroom water and WC, and a separate WC;

La villa offre une vue exceptionnelle sur le golfe d'Ajaccio et des couchers de soleil splendides sur les Sanguinaires. Cependant cette immense villa n'est pas une construction récente et bon nombre de ses équipements et agencements présentent des dysfonctionnements ou dégradations liés à leur âge. Bien sûr, on peut s'en accommoder mais des remplacements ou remises à neuf seraient à prévoir. Les détails ne sont pas au niveau de qualité de l'offre globale. Ceci génère un sentiment d'insatisfaction.
