Hochrindl ski area can be reached on foot in approx. 300 m. Next ski area Turracher Höhe. Large, cosy cottage "Almvilla", 3 storeys, renovated in 2014\. In the district of Hochrindl-Alpl, in a sunny position, 500 m from the skiing area. Private: natural state property 1'300 m2, lawn for sunbathing 600 m2\. Barbecue. In the house: sauna, storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Die Gartenanlage nicht richtig gepflegt. Gartenmöbel teilweise kaputt. Beim angekommen stand die Mülltonne überfüllt und kaputt vor dem Eingang, was nicht gerade ein toller Anblick ist. Der Haupteingang eine bedürftige klapprige Tür. Also wenn man nicht viel Wert auf Sauberkeit legt, kann man das Haus nehmen. Was positiv war, die Esszimmer Stühle waren ziemlich neu und die Sauna in einem guten Zustand. Erste Nacht 16-18Grad - Vormieter haben alles ausgeschaltet und Heizung ist erst um 6Uhr in der Fruh gestartet - Nachtstrom(Entschaedigung durch Vermieter).
