The staff made you feel at home and they were very professional. And the room was clean as well as the property. What I didn't like was one of the staff members was flirting with my husband he felt very uncomfortable.

It is right off the highway which is convenient but also very loud with traffic all night. There were stains on the comforter and bedspread. There is a Dennys right next door and an Alsups convenience store across the street.

Although the owners are trying to improve it. You cannot make a silk purse out of a sows ear. Ths bed sheet actually had holes in it. The knob for the shower did not work because it's the wrong knob. People were blasting mariachi music at 10:00 p.m., and we and other people had to confront them to turn it down. The lobby is an eyesore. Litter around th a pool, and on the walkways, outside rugs dirty, concrete needs patched...... .

The tub hadbrust and hair in it. The toilet was peeling. They were stains on the covers and sheets. My toilet wouldn't stop running so I tried to use the phone in the room to call maintenance. But the phone doesn't work so I went downstairs and told them and they said maintenance leaves at 3. The walls are paper thin so you here everything. The front desk people are very nice.

This property is a mess. The bathtub was awful and the shower curtain should have been thrown out a year ago. The breakfast area was dirty,coffee and juice tasted like it was watered down. Towels and bedding were dingy. Garbage cans in parking lot were overflowing and garbage blowing around. I am surprised this property operates under the Wyndham brand.... Someone needs to visit this place.

The room was full of roaches (killed 15 roaches) TV froze every 30 seconds and the sheets looked like they had not been cleaned. When we tried taking a shower in the morning there was no water running in the shower. Had to do a bucket shower. Left keys in room and did not return the second night.

The person who checked me in was very personable and friendly. The room was clean and nice, but there was an awful accumulation of cigarette butts in the parking lot outside of my room, which I found nasty and unacceptable. I also liked the close proximity of the Denny's.

There was no smoke alarm, the TV falling from the wall, the toilet did not flush, bed sheets with holes, no shower curtain, humidity smell. I booked another hotel within 10 minutes of walking into the room and left. I've been fooled by the hotel name X by Windham.

Nightmare. Dirty and roach infested!
Not good at all! Arrived New Year eve to the room left luggage in the room then left to the event. Returned to the hotel room around 2am. Went shower but couldn’t because roaches came out of the drain.! The towels were stained. The bed had long black hairs on the sheets. As I tried to sleep I was awakened by a roach crawling on my head then noticed that there was a lot of them on the wall and headboard. Crawling on the floors. So we just couldn’t sleep like that. So when I told the front desk all they would say was sorry about that! Really . We cut our trip short and left for home.

The door literally wouldn’t open to our room, and it was the last room available, so we couldn’t stay there! Also, there were mattresses, toilets, and desecrated room remnants everywhere outside, and the pool was a green cesspool!

This Baymont is an old La Quinta building and has not been kept updated very well. The toilet in the room I stayed in was about 3/4 size - both height and diameter were smaller than a normal one. Smoke detector had fallen off wall. Several walls needed big wall patches painted. It was decent enough in terms of cleanliness and it was inexpensive, but needs some work on the property. Staff was friendly, but on check in I could not find anyone and waited at front desk for about 10 mins before anyone appeared.

The most unique part of our 45 min visit to said property. Was the prostitution going on in many many rooms. The guy walking to his room with a flat tire. The blood staines sheets. Broken table in room. Cockroachs in 3 rooms. A strangers hair and flyids in the sink and on the floor. Missing smoke detectores in all three rooms. Onr room the door could just be pushed open no working lock. All three toilets wouldnt flush. Trash on the floors. Unsafe patking and location. 0 out of 10 would never recommend.

Hotel was VERY run down. Dead cockroaches behind TV. TV cut in and out. Toilet didn't flush properly. People outside out door smoking dope at 2AM. I realize that the rate was lower than other places around and that some of the rooms are being renovated. But definately not up to the Baymont standards that I expect.

Stains all over the bedding. The check in and breakfast area was dirty and ran down. We flushed the toilet and waterbstarted spewing the toilet hose had came off. The bathtub was dirty and all stained from what i have no idea. I lysoled everything down and aired rooms out, we had booked 2 rooms family was in town.

The door looked like someone was kicking it from the inside. Beds were clean but room was filthy. There was a dead cocroach in the corner of the closet, the toilet had to be flushed several times for everything to go down. The shower had hardly any pressure due to a bad lever on th faucet. I would never stay at another one of their hotels.

Check-in was very quick and easy. All the staff I interacted with were friendly, efficient, and seemed good at their jobs. The hotel itself, however, was a different matter. It was clearly in need of repairs even from the street: much of the outdoor lighting on one side was out in the parking area. Inside the lobby was clean if a bit well-used and rough in places but clearly cared for at least. Inside the room was even rougher. Part of the hard floor (my room was all hard floor) was sticky to my shoes, a baseboard section near the door was missing so debris could collect there, the bit at the bottom of the door was so loose I could hand tighten screws that were sticking out about 3/4 of an inch to make it "secure", the towels and sheets, depending on where you looked, had stains or markings that indicated that even though they otherwise felt and smelled cleaned, they needed replacing, half the light fixtures in my room were missing light bulbs (not burned out, missing), the other half were miss-matched in hue/temp/color so you had a warm yellow light on one side and a bright blue-white on another and a fluorescent over here... The bathroom was fine, especially what I expected at the price. Hot water worked great, even though it got very cold outside while I was there and I tried it afternoon, evening, and morning, so that was a plus! There was a hole in the wall in the bathroom where a doorknob stopper should go that had been "filled in" with paper towels which was "on par."

Old dirty 2nd day toilet quit and had to change rooms. TV in first room didn’t get all channels as it did in second room. Second room had no shower curtain so bathroom got soaked. Check in first day was slow and attendant disorganized.
