Where to start? Bathroom fixtures do not mork properly and need to be replaced. Cigarette burns on the edge of the bath tub. Beverage stains on the night stands. No soap or body wash, had to ask for at the front desk. Undersized fitted sheet on the bed. It only attached to the upper rim of the mattress, not the entire mattress. No carts to transport belongings from my car to the room. Had to make several trips. No telephone in the room. Definitely not up to Days Inn standards. Won't be staying here again.

I am shocked Wyndham allows its name to be associated with this property. the room was so dirty - mold on bathroom door, plaster/ceiling tile material falling into tub - counter/sink dirty with dust/ceiling tile material. plus it is a smoking room and had a disgusting odor and burn marks on the blankets on the beds. The other people staying in the rooms obviously did drugs based on the paraphernalia/trash seen in the parking lot. Two 'guests' were yelling about 'hooking' during the night. This is the worst hotel experience I've ever had.

This property is very rundown and poorly managed. The room smelled like smoke and the bathroom door lacked a lock. The pool has been out of operation since COVID until now, April 2024.

The key pad did not work , we had to keep going back and forth to the office for them to fix it. They were renovating the property, they were using spray paint to paint. The smell was killing us in our room, had to leave a day early because of this. I was so disappointed.

The room had a very strong smell of cleaner. The bedcover has cigarette burns. Electric socket was exposed, there was food debris in the corner—and the room didn’t lock. (We didn’t stay, and are awaiting an Expedia refund.)

I did not stayed there because there was construction going on and it was noisy. The front desk clerk was rude. The room is not carpeted and had a very strong odor of pine sole. I ended up not staying.

At first glance the room looked ok with fresh paint and new furniture. But the nooks and crannies were filthy and there was a sticky rodent trap behind the nightstand. Also not enough electrical outlets. The ceiling in the shower was peeling off. Gross.

The room bathroom was dirty with pubic hair all over the floor and th toilet seat had a burned mark on it I also didn’t get my actual room because the key card knob was broken and they didn’t fix it and said they would fix it the next day but I already left and waiting on my refund … oh and when I entered the building that the rooms were in there was a group of construction workers just sitting in a circle talking to each other in the dark how creepy is that .. just waiting to be murdered if I would have stayed there any longer. I felt unsafe completely

There was dust in all of the corners of the room, weird black marks on the blankets and something spilled/dried on the curtains. No staff at check in for 10 mins finally someone came out. I couldn’t even check out when it was time to leave because no one was there! I walked around looking for staff and there was no one to be found. I had to leave the property to catch a flight and spent the next hour trying to call them and customer service to let them know I was trying to check out and left. Eventually they answered. Property was dated, but not super unclean. Just needs renovations. The staff was nice for when we saw them and a fairly good area. It was quiet which was great. On the brighter side me and my husband have very low expectations and for $60 a night you get what you pay for. You can’t beat the price.

This was the worst hotel I have ever seen. The rooms were disgustingly dirty. Don’t think it was even vacuumed. The hallways were scary. The windows had no screens, incredibly dangerous with children around. The grounds were sketchy & not at all presentable. I couldn’t believe it was even open & letting people stay in these rooms. Never going to stay at a Days Inn again just because this stay was so awful.

The photos of the hotel did not match the actual Building the neighborhood or how filthy it was. Cars in the parking lot were junks some with thier windows busted out. I would not leave my car there. I asked for my money back I wouldn't stay there under any circumstances. I relocated. Never trust Expedia. I got there after booking didn't think I has any worries until I got there and it was not how it was presented by Expedia.

The room was clean, but the fitted sheets did not fit, I unplugged the AC because it was rattling really loudly, the corridor needed vacuuming, the elevator was dirty, and there was mice droppings on at the main entrance of the tower. The public areas need a major cleaning

Called to speak to manager and got the run around, emailed the manager with no reply, called again. After 5th call left my name and number and never received a call back. Awful place. Upon arrival there was a bullet proof window. We were directed to the back hotel. It was under construction and activity going on when we arrived. The parking lot was sketchy with people eyeballing our car. We decided we were not comfortable staying there and when we went to retrieve our bags we found cockroaches on the walls.
