"There was hair in the bathroom on the floor near the shower. And in the toilet. The breakfast was just OK coffee very weak to the point of not drinking it. The bread was stale, even before toasting it. And the orange juice machine was broken."

"I've stayed many times. This is the first time I wasn't super happy with my room. There was a spider in one bed and an ant in the other and th pillow cases on the back headboard/pillows were ripped to shreds. There were some eyelashes or short hairs in the shower. We left clothes there by mistake and the staff was amazing and saved them for us which was so So helpful. "
