The property features a total of 24 apartments and mobile homes. In summer, guests have free use of a 10 x 6 meter freshwater pool with sun loungers and umbrellas. The pool is open from May 1 to September 30, weather permitting. There is also a wellness area with a sauna, whirlpool, and Turkish bath, which can be used at discounted rates. Massages and spa treatments can be booked directly at reception. For sports enthusiasts, the complex offers a variety of options: tennis courts (approx. 300 m away), table tennis, and a barbecue area. In the surrounding area, there are golf courses (approx. 20 km), a riding stable (800 m), and the option to rent e-bikes (approx. €36 per day). An indoor pool and a gym are located nearby, in Parco San Cassiano, about 100 meters from the resort.
