"Beautiful beach view from the dining hall. Plentiful breakfast buffet included and exciting ancient necropolis caves a 10 minute walk down the beach. Staff were very kind and helpful and the room was nice quality and very well cleaned. The only thing to have in mind is that there isn’t a bus from there on Sundays which was the plan I had. Overall great place"

"The pool and garden was very nice and well maintained. The charcoal bbq requires a charcoal grating to lift the coals off of the concrete base to allow air underneath the coals. There is a strange fold out grille which was quite dirty which we cleaned up to make useable together with our own grille. The accommodation was clean but is generally tired. There was a good maid service which included a change of bed linen. A couple of lights flickered constantly when used (one I fixed myself, a loose bulb). Both bathroom door locks are almost falling off. We found a fire blanket on a high level shelf in the kitchen which we suggest should be mounted on a wall and made visible. This was laying on top of a laminated sign explaining rubbish recycling which was disappointing as recycling was not promoted. There was no dvd player as listed.We enjoyed our stay and will return to Menorca but just not this accommodation."

"From the moment we drove in we knew we’d love Torre Vella and every moment was better and better. The staff were so super nice and accommodating. The location was quiet and exactly what we were looking for. The area is close to beaches and seeing other areas of the island. We will definitely return next year as we loved our stay there. "

"Amagatay is a peaceful oasis in rural Menorca. The hotel and surrounding grounds are stunning. We both felt incredibly relaxed after a spending a couple of days there in the tranquil setting. The service was excellent, with the friendly staff always on hand to help or provide recommendations. My partner had a massage there and said it was one of the best she ever had. Finally we were blown away by the food, which was a particular highlight! We ate at both restaurants on site - the grill at Sua was amazing, with an intimate setting in the vegetable garden and top-class steak. Similarly, the tasting menu at El Olivar was incredible and one of our favourite meals of the trip. This hotel is a real hidden gem - we can’t wait to come back! "
