A bit too basic for us. We felt a rug to get out of bed onto would have been an improvement, rather than a tiled floor. The room was warm but small. The emergency lighting fitting was on the wall high up at the foot of the bed, and was aluminated all night bright green, filling the room with green light, annoying in the extreme. Ate in the restaurant which was good.

A.real palace!
Beautiful building, our room was very large up in the eaves with an amazing array of beams. Excellent food and friendly, helpful staff. A fair walk to the old town centre, about 30 minutes, but easy to park closer if you wish.

Great hotel if you find it
Great character hotel when inside the security barriers. VERY difficult to find as the address in NOT in the main town, but on the edge in Elorriaga, not Vittoria. Find the church in Elorriaga and cross the road. I would only stay herd again if I had to be in the city. No restaurant open, but can eat in a mall local bar. The security warnings are a bit worrying, but he edge of the city was quiet.

Excellent Stopover
This was a stopover for us after a long drive down through France. What a super place, all a bit dark and rustic but very comfortable and friendly staff and secure parking. We opted to eat at the restuarant across the road with a voucher from the hotel and after some initial reservations based on the look of the place we were very impressed with both the food and the service. We would highly recommend this place to anyoneand we intend to return, such good value is hard to find. We didn't get a chance to explore Vitoria but will next time.

El hotel muy bonito y acogedor, buena limpieza, personal amable, una de las cosas más importantes en un hotel es la cama y esta es de muelles y nos hemos levantado con dolor de espalda y cuello.

Nos ha parecido un sitio muy bonito y acogedor, muy limpio y el personal muy atento. Solamente recomendaría que colgasen la televisión de la pared, porque desde la cama es muy incómodo para verla. Por lo demás, ha sido una estancia muy agradable.

Le lieu est superbe, bien placé pour visiter (en voiture). L'hôtel a beaucoup de charme, le personnel était très agréable et parlait un petit peu français. Nous avons pris le petit déjeuner continental, prix plus que correct et bon! Si j'avais une seule recommandation : la literie moyenne et bruyante, mais vraiment pas gênant pour un court séjour.

Situado bastante cerca de Vitoria en coche. Un lugar muy chulo y tranquilo. Nos tocó la habitación en el último piso en la que la estancia era muy espaciosa, aunque con algunas telarañas entre las vigas que era inevitable verlas cuando estábamos en la cama.

A beautiful hotel in the near of Vitoria. The hote is built in a house from the 15th century; the architecture is mantained but adapted to the modern times. The staff is agreeable and the breakfast is good.

L'hotel est difficile à trouver ; n'utilisez pas le GPS il vous mènera au centre ville. Les bâtiments sont originaux et d'une rare architecture. Arrivez dans les premiers au restaurant car le service est très très long.

Hôtel facile à trouver. Espaces extérieurs aménagés et fleuris. Allez voir les tortues dans le bassin. Grand parking sécurisé. Bâtiment ancien avec beaucoup de cachet. Chambre au style très ancien, un peu désuet. Une plongée dans le passé, mais il y a tout le nécessaire. Possibilité de restauration sur place, mais un peu compliquée du fait que la personne qui nous a servi parlait exclusivement l'espagnol. Petit déjeuner très correct (avec du vrai jus d'orange). A l'accueil, espagnol et anglais sont parlés, mais aucune autre langue. Nous n'avons pas visité la ville, car il faisait mauvais temps.

El Hotel esta situado a unos 5 minutos en coche del centro de Vitoria y a 25 minutos andando , la relación precio-calidad es buena. La decoración es muy correcta y se puede decir en lineas generales que la estancia es confortable.

Es un hotel bonito en las afueras de Vitoria.
Está a las afueras de Vitoria,pero muy a las afueras,tuvimos que coger el coche para visitar Vitoria. El hotel en sí no está mal,Creo que es un sitio donde hacen las bodas y tienen habitaciones. Deben de tener unas asignadas en la parte alta y no tiene ascensores y se oyen los clientes como si no hubiera paredes,había cabina de hidromasaje pero sería mejor una ducha normal,porque no funcionaba. Salvo esto,buena cama,desayuno bastante bueno,parking gratis dentro,sitio agradable si paso otra vez sabiéndolo se puede repetir.
