Great grounds, poorly trained staff
An extremely sour end to a nice stay at your resort. 28 minutes to check out and pay extras because of unprepared and seemingly untrained reception staff. When it takes 28 minutes to check out the only guests staying in the hotel, you know it's time to think about your processes and training. Don't make a guest wait while you hunt for 40 rupees change and then ask that guest if they can provide the exact 3740 amount - just wipe off the 40 ruppees When we also questioned why a 100 ruppee bottle of water we had asked for with our breakfast had appeared on our bill I was told, "No!" and "this is a five star resort price" as if that made it okay. Even more concerning given it is a 4 star hotel... I guess the customer isn't always right after all.
