It was clean and has friendly staff , but i had trouble sleeping because the bed wasn't comfortable specially the pillows, too firm to high it gave me a bad headache

Super good staff..but not the business centre book
Good clean spacious hotel. Staff are super friendly. Business centre booking for my team to work in late evening for a couple of hours was too costly - we never bothered booking.. instead sat in one of our rooms.

Good central place. Nice staff. Overall 4 star place with good location. Elevators are bit slow and location of WC in bathroom is wired. House keeping is good.

Decent to good overall. Would stay again.
Simple no frills hotel. The breakfast is good and dinner is good as well. The gym equipment is new and enough for most people. The rooms are simple but the bed is comfortable.

The Riyadh Experience
As always, it comes down to how the hotel staff interacts with its clients. From the transportation manager & drivers that shuttled me to RUH to the restaurant staff, to Housekeeping to the Front Desk staff, everyone acted very politely and professionally. You have a well trained and motivated staff that strives to satisfy hotel guests.

Pretty good business hotel although area not great for getting out to eat. Only negative airport transfer although efficient was pricey

The only thing that surprised me was the price for breakfast, which was $25.00 USD. I could've paid $10.00 extra online, but it said breakfast for two, and I was only one, for $10.00 more. When I went to breakfast, and was charged $25.00, I was a bit shocked.

Modern hotel with all amenities e.g. WIFI, nice gym, etc. Very helpful staff. Only complaint was that we tried to ADD an additional day to one of our party who was arriving a day early and the management insisted on a penalty fee. This was a day after the booking. So we just booked a room for a day at no penalty charge. Would have expected more flexibility from a Holiday Inn. Other than that, very comfortable stay, would stay there on future trips.
