Amazing hotel
Amazing beachside dog friendly property. Great friendly staff especially their Reception staff that always greet you with a smile. Overall a great beachside hotel to stay couple of nights.

The check in was very good and smooth with AWAIS in the reception. He is great and trying to do his best. Quick check in was appreciated. I didn't meet Mr Bassam.. there's a quick response from the housekeeping and room service better than last times. The only thing the hotel reservation team was not friendly. But overall the hotel is great . And the staff is great. Hope to continue.

The hotel staff was welcoming. Bassam and Jeff went above and beyond to accommodate an extra bed in our family room for our toddlers. The buffet could have been better with some more variety. It was decent though. One thing that we didnot like is that there were flies around all over the place. While i understand that having it outdoor is something that you cannot control, having it in the restaurant with it sitting on food is unacceptable and nasty. It was also not one or two here and there but a whole bunch of it creating a pretty unhygenic environment. We could literally see flies sitting on the buffet counter on food. So for cleanliness and hygeine, i would rate the buffet section a 1 or 2 star.

A very bad 3 star, far from a 5 star
Horrible hotel and I don’t understand how this hotel classified as 5 stars. For me, this is a bad 3 stars and 800 USD per night for a suite is not worth at all. Maximum is a 100 USD worth. The hotel is old, we had a problem with AC leakage and noisy, wrong billing. Food is terrible, we ended up eating in neighboring hotels. Breakfast is less than average and always the same variety. It is really not worth it. The only positive point is the staff was very attentive and reactive but unfortunately they couldn’t change the negative aspects.

I have done staycation in many hotels within UAE and I have also stayed in many Radisson Blu hotels around the world, and I can honestly say that this property disappointed me. Its meals are not very good (the buffet didn’t even have enough plates, bowls, and cups for customers, and I had to ask multiple times at almost every meal to bring the bowls and cups so I could serve myself soup and coffee, which took forever to arrive). We ordered drinks and they were not served until we finished the meals. For the price you pay for the meal (AED 150 ) for each person (same price for children), it is not worth it. In addition, a bottle of beer costs AED30. The drinks at the beach bar are also extremely pricey (soft drinks cost AED20 or AED25), which is served in a very small half pint cup full of ice. Room cleaning showed up at our room in the evening around 7:15pm. We asked them how many rooms they clean in a day, and the guy said he had to clean 17 rooms that day (7 rooms that had vacated that day plus 10 rooms that were still occupied). Overall the hotel gave me an impression that they are trying to save pennies everywhere at the cost of quality customer service. Not in the same league as other hotels in the UAE in comparable price ranges nor the Raddison Blu brand hotels I am familiar with.

I will not go back to this Hotel
First of all, booking management from Hotels.com was not up to expectations (mishandling of my change request resulting in hidden additional cost) and support was not provided. The hotel itself is old and the service was poor (need to walk a long distance to get beach towels, breakfast was ok but not exciting, minimal lifeguards close to the beach and around pools)

So many pools for all age groups.... Room was hug e not big but huge. We were upgraded to a 1 bed suite, more like a one bedroom palace. The belly dance show was such a surprise and top quality in terms of skill. Have seen others but nothing compared to the skill of the artist. Breakfast was a delight, the egg counter was the most famous...the chef werr 5 star and even with the rush made everyones eggs exactly as ordered. Games room and spa also were great. Will visit here... But will try the 2 bedroom suite... My advice is come here for 2 nights.. as there is lots to do.

The hotel is a bit aged. The Breeze restaurant has the charme of a cafeteria. The best thing is however a very pleasant beach. We had some dietary requirements which were communicated early, but communication between different departments and shifts of the hotel did not always work. On a positive side, on a personal level chefs and other personnel went out of their way to accommodate our special needs. In particular chefs Shakir and Khan at Breeze restaurant made a formidable effort. The hotel seems to cater a lot for "all included" large groups which reflects in a less sophisticated approach. Radisson Blu experience
Overall stay was good. Food menu not so amazing as compared to any other similar star hotel. If you are looking for Indian variety, this is not the place. But the hotel has its own private beach with lot of water sports activity and boat rides. The game center is also OK.

Great hotel in Dibba
We took a 3 bedroom suite. It was spacious and lovely with a big balcony and beach view. The cleaning staff especially Tosin at the restaurant was helpful as we had 2 small kids and they kept spilling things at the restaurant. The pool was a bit crowded due to the weekend and sometimes we wished there was another pool but it was a great overall experience nonetheless.
