Great LOOKING Place
Lets start from our first day. Well the welcoming staff was not very welcoming. We were not advised of hospitality suite...we basically had to ask 3 different maintenance people and not offered storage of our small belongings until I went back AGAIN and asked the lobby if they could store/direct to where they could. Jacqueline was very nice and directed us to lockers. Alberto from the gym/locker room on the other hand was rude we said hi and hola, he ignored us and pointed to his clipboard with a pen. Was very short and not friendly at all! yoir luggage will stay out in front of lobby with practically no supervision. We got into our bags twice no one ever looked at us or asked to see our bag ticket. It rained, bags got wet. Breakfast was a joke every single day of our 5 day stay. The food at the breakfast buffet was the worst I have ever had at any hotel in the Mayan Riviera and other Mexican Resorts. The snack bars are average. Bartenders are all very nice. Special shout out to Noe ( I hope to get his name right, he was at the big bar close to the beach) he made a strawberry michelada that was so good! Dinner at the buffet (same place as breakfast) was disappointing to say the least even my children gave it a thumbs down! We were only able to make two reservations to their a la carte restaurant at a time suitable for our family. They wanted to offer us dinner reservations at 10pm and 10:30 pm for the other days... way too late for us. We had dinner at Mikado Loved Jorge!
