This hotel was perfect! I can’t say enough about this place between the property, staff , amenities it was all wonderful. The rooms are huge, very clean. The pool was probably the one the nicest indoor pools I’ve ever been to the property itself is very well maintained.

We were in Lancaster for the night. We were happy with the hotel. It was clean, I loved that it was all about the art and located in a historic building. The location was great and we walked almost everywhere.

It’s always a pleasure for me and my husband to stay at this hotel. Our room was huge and very clean, the breakfast is delicious, and my hubby gets to charge the car while we rest. Love it!

I was disappointed with my stay. My room was not cleaned during my stay, and we were not given fresh towels until the next day. The staff did not seem friendly or welcoming and looked annoyed when we asked for assistance. The breakfast was very basic, and all of the hot food was cold. We had to heat everything in the microwave before eating, which was disappointing. I also did not reserve a room with a handicap-accessible bathroom, but that was the room we were assigned. The bathroom was very inconvenient because the water from the shower spread all over the floor. I had to use several towels to keep the floor dry and avoid slipping. Overall, this hotel did not meet my expectations. Better housekeeping, friendlier staff, and higher-quality breakfast would make a big difference.

This is a very charming and lovely inn that represents and feels like you are going back in time. The front staff are very helpful and super sweet. I love the welcome home baked chocolate chip cookie as you check in. The location is very convenient to downtown.
