Room was very dirty. Every surface was grimy and covered in fingerprints. Potato chips on the floor by the desk. Bathroom floor was so dirty the towel was covered in dark marks after wiping up water from the shower.

Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Toilet was clogged and maintenance quickly showed up to fix it. The maintenance man was very nice. Solar eclipse weekend and the hotel was full. The staff kept breakfast well stocked even later morning close to end of breakfast. Location was convenient for our plans.

There was no hot water for days. The manager was off until Monday We could not use the pool There was no phone in our room. Yet one of the front desk staff tried to call the room when my husband called. My daughter and I were at a Kent function outside all day it was cold The staff that was working at midnight was wonderful I have always stayed at the hamptons But I can’t believe how this was Handel’s. How do you run a hotel days with out hot water. I had a non refundable room .

Was not mentioned online that fitness center was closed for renovation; specifically picked the hotel for that reason. No hot water, had cold showers for two days. Continental breakfast advertised but more than half of items were not stocked, reason was told on back order.

This particular Hampton Inn was undergoing some remodeling and there was a big roll of carpet inside the main lobby. The hotel had no keys to any of the rooms to give the guests which created a safety and inconvenience. The coffee station was not maintained with fresh brewed coffee and the complimentary breakfast was pathetic. The most unsettling issue was guests with multiple dogs in their room and one guest was allowed to have (5) dogs inside her room down the hallway from my room. The smell was horrible and we complained to the staff and the manager. The guest was still allowed to stay with the dogs and we were moved to another floor and still no available room key. I will never stay at this hotel again. The towels were hard and they need to totally revamp this place with new management.

Upon check in we were told they couldn’t issue room keys so you had to be let in by a staff member each time you needed back in your room. I was given the option to cancel instead but not knowing availability at other hotels I chose to stay. The night clerk was not very friendly and took a personal call while taking us to our room. The waffle maker wasn’t making waffles correctly. Not sure if they didn’t have non stick spray or what but it was full of stuck on waffle. The parking lot had cone randomly around and construction materials taking up half the lot. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was only 2 towels, 2 hand towels, and one washcloth. The clerk who checked us in in the afternoon was very nice and friendly.

The no key issue needs to be taken care of soon. The staff seems to be preoccupied with other things due to this issue. I think the service would improve greatly if the owners fixed the door key programmer.

I’ve stayed at this property quite a few times over the years since it’s down the street from my brother and close to other relatives. It’s a budget stay that is well appointed since it’s a Hilton brand hotel. Well, that is normally. This time I arrived to be told a key can’t be made. No explanation offered not alternatives. The next morning the manager explained what the deal was with the system that makes keys being down even though she left out it’s been down for at least a month (no one seemed to think it’s a good idea to reach out to customers before they show up). The overall experience ended up being fine. I just don’t like the hotel not being transparent on really any level. I also don’t appreciate that we weren’t contacted in advance to advise of the situation we were walking into. Hilton really needs to reach out to the owner of this property and get this straightened out. This felt less like a typical Hampton Inn experience and more like one of those mom and pop places on the side of Route 66 in bfe Oklahoma.

I bought a swimsuit to enjoy the pool but it was closed for construction. Lots of Reno going on. Door locks didn't work. Had to get staff to let you in room. Only boiled eggs for breakfasts. Expected better from a Hampton

The pool and gym are closed, but this is not indicated when reserving the room through hotels.com - they don't tell you this until after they check you in, and then they day bc you already checked in, they can't give a refund. Also, get this: we asked for additional towels as there were only 2 rather small towels in our room.. The front desk stated that we are only allowed 2 towels per room at a time, so we would have to bring our dirty towels to the front desk to exchange them. No joke! Also, they had no keys for the rooms, other than the master key held by the front desk, so someone from the front desk had to follow us up to our room every time and let us in with their key. Worst hotel experience of my life. Would have been funny if it hadn't been so horrible. Oh yeah: hung my coat on a coat hook, which immediately fell off the wall and slammed into my foot.

None of the rooms had functional keys, so we had to be escorted to our room by staff every time we needed to access the room. Staff said the key system has been broken for several weeks, but I was not informed until after I checked in. People were leaving their doors unlocked to avoid the hassle, which is obviously a security issue. My family and I didn't have time to make alternate arrangements, as we were on our way to a wedding. It was fine for one night, but this place is a sh*t show. The parking lot is full of shipping containers. Elevators are under construction. My room had hair from prior occupants in the bathroom. The shower drain was clogged. The beds had only a thin fitted sheet over the mattress and no protective padding, which is just an invite for a bed bug infestation. Luckily, I didn't see any. A group was partying loudly in the hallway and no effort was made to ask them to be respectful of other guests. I've stayed in a lot of hotels, and I was not expecting anything fancy. This was barely habitable and I definitely would not have stayed more than one night. All that said, every staff member was very kind and courteous.

Upon arrival we were told the key maker didn’t work(but the manager had the part, just didn’t want to come the day before thanksgiving). Our stay was Weds-Sunday and we had to be let in our room every single time the whole stay. Having a dog to take out made this quite frustrating in addition to having to wait for the only employee to return from letting others in their room. The employees were very friendly and understandably a bit frustrated. Also under renovations that started at about 7 every morning, with the mattresses and furniture out in the parking lot. Breakfast was a far cry from the usual Hampton Inn breakfast. The renovated rooms look great and hopefully this helps their business.

Not able to make keys. As a result, a solo traveler could not leave their room without having an employee let them back in the room. No explanation given by desk employee other than they can’t make them. We later realized that they are in the process of updating. Even so, the place was dirty in areas not affected. (ie: the area by the coffee service trash can was disgusting. Our bathroom was spotty. Service items on the floor in common areas). There were piles and piles of used mattresses stacked outside and many shipping containers in the parking lot. If you want to stay here, call the property and get the status of the remodel and their key making ability.

Lots of problems with this hampton.
Beds are hard as a rock, the tub is slippery death, the TV brightness was messed up and almost unusable, there was a large 4' x 2' dip in the concrete floor hallway outside our door that was soaking wet all three days, then their card system deactivated our cards and then the system went down so attendants had to manually let us into our rooms. The staff were nice but this ruined me on ever going to another hampton inn, much less returning to this one.

Upon arrival, there were no parking spots open. i had to circle 3 times and go into another hotel's lot to park. They are remodeling and have dumpsters and old furniture all over the parking lot. There was debris from construction materials in the lot also, making luggage hard to roll. When I got to the desk, there was no one there and the lights were off. I waited a good while until another person vame in behind me to check in. I then spoke up saying, " "Excuse me, Hello?" Finally, a lady came to check me in. No apology or greeting. Also, she was dressed in a sweatshirt and no name tag. Seemed quite unprofessional. My room was on the first floor and was VERY noisy at 5:45am! Room was ok, but had mold on the bathtub. Not a wonderful first stay here.

Hotel was conveniently located off highway and was decently priced. But then.....Halls reeked of marijuana and something burnt. Fire alarm going off at 6am and seemed like some thought it was funny. Not funny when it is raining and you have a toddler. No manager or emoloyee in sight during this. No one to tell us it was ok to go back in. Packed our stuff and left at 645 am!! Wont be back.

Our daughter checked in for us. When I got there, the clerk said she couldn’t give me a key and was rather rude about it. The next day, a group went into “their room “ to find it was already occupied. The next evening, a couple checked in, went to a football game, and on return, their room had been given to someone else. They were forced to leave b/c there were no other rooms. The Hampton Inn did nothing to find them a room somewhere else

When we checked in, my mom's room was not ready. Because the property was full that night, she could not be given a different room. Turns out, the front desk staff told her there were other rooms that weren't ready as well. Some of the front desk staff were not very friendly when we checked in, but the staff on Sunday when we checked out when above & beyond to help with a credit card issue.

We tried to check in around 8pm on 9/22/23. The desk clerk gave us a key to room 313 with a king bed. We opened the door and noticed the room was occupied. Luckily the guests were not there, one could imagine the scenarios that might have occurred. Went back down to the desk and was told they no didn't have any more king bedrooms so we would have to do queen beds. Was given a key to room 104 with the same results. Went to the front desk again and was told there were no more rooms available and we should wait 20 minutes for the manager to arrive. We decided to leave and asked for a refund and left. This was the worst experience we have ever had checking into a hotel, please make sure my refund is processed.

This place was (1) dirty, (2) the shower was nearly unusable, (3) the room was not stocked with expected amenities, in (4) poor condition and was (5) not as represented. Examples: (1) bathroom floor was sticky and infested with pillbugs. With only a very limited amount of walking in my sock feet, my socks looked like I and walked through a greasy garage, (2) the hand held shower was was missing a way to hang it up and there was no shower head and possibly most important, no bench or shower chair (I find it hard to believe that handicapped clients would be expected to take a shower while seated in their wheel chair). (3) No shampoo and no tissues in the tissue dispenser. (4) Broken/inoperable light in entry and bathroom. To turn on or off the TV you need to do so on the back of the TV itself (remote would not do this function). (5) My booking stated that this room had a queen sized bed and it did not, it had a full sized bed.

If you're not a college kid, or anything like. DONT stay here. From 10pm - 230 am. The room next to me was BEYOND loud, as if they were wrestling or something banging on the walls and falling on the ground and slamming doors.... I was furious to find that nobody working there did anything about it until almost 3 am, the front counter ladies did not handle the sitiation properly. I couldn't believe how loud is was. I didn't get to sleep until 3-330 after the noise died off and up at 6 for church. I spent 150 on a king size bed room. When I arrived, the front counter lady said they were out of the king size beds even though I was able to book one no problem. So I got a double bed room, which wasn't the worst. But the fact the responsibility and control over the place was all time low. Like nobody cared how loud people were until 3 am!! That's crazy. Again.... Dont go here unless youre a college student...
