Very disappointing. The lights on the single elevator did not work. Its interior was battered. In the room, everything was unplugged. As I was plugging everything in. I found dried dog poop along side of the end table. The microwave did not work. The bed had more lumps than oatmeal. After waiting too long to speak to a person at the deak, I had to pick up a phone and call her. I mentioned the problems I encountered and she said, "sorry."

I stayed for 2 nights and didn’t like my stay first night had problems with the plumbing and had to take a shower in standing water in the shower that didn’t want to go down the drain and couldn’t flush toilet. And couldn’t get no refund unacceptable

Great location! Very close to multiple restaurants and stores. The staff was very nice and checked in with us each time they saw us to see how things were going. The rooms were spacious but not the cleanest. My bed had hair between the sheets at check-in, scotch tape in multiple places on the walls and a bathroom sink with a stopper that would keep falling to plug the sink. The hotel did have a strong weed smell the day we checked-in, but was fine the next day. I personally wouldn't choose to stay here again.

None of the buttons lit up in the elevator. Neither did the floor indicator light. There was no inspection notice posted in the elevator. No clock in the room. This hotel is old and it shows.

The bathroom in the room we stayed in was less than desirable. There was mold under the sill where the tub connected with the wall of the tub, the vanity was in awful condition as the wood was old and dirty. The room, bed and floor were fine. But the mold was really not acceptable. The staff was wonderful and helpful. Breakfast was good

We stayed here for one while traveling across the state. Staff was friendly and helpful and we were able to check in an hour early. Room was clean and the breakfast buffet was filling and had many choices available. The only complaint we had was the elevator was in serious disrepair. None of the lights on the buttons worked and the doors had huge scuffs where it was scraping against the inner wall. Definitely did not feel safe so we utilized the stairs most of our trip.

I was coming to visit my brother in a nursing home but he caught Covid and was in isolation. I tried to cancel the reservation but was not permitted to. I spent Christmas home alone, not happy that I was also throwing away hotel fees. I do not understand the purpose of non-refundable because things do come up. I know I will ever stay at a Comfort in, though.

Great place to stay
Comfort inn comforted me when I needed it the most. Front desk is very welcoming and goes above to help when needed, food service makes sure breakfasts is always fresh and house keeping staff does an awesome job with the little time they have to clean rooms. I know because I’ve experienced doing it myself. I’m a fan of this place.

The room wasn’t clean on arrival. Feet print on the wall. Dust everywhere. Old musty smell. Literally had to ask for the linen to be changed. Reason given “rooms are only cleaned every 3days” After asking the attendant to please attend to the room I left for the day. Upon returning nothing was done. Linen not changed. No clean towels. Nothing! Reason given “they don’t speak good English so they probably didn’t understand what was said.” Asked if I could cancel remaining days I was told no because stay was booked through a 3rd party so no refunds You all need a DEEP CLEANING AND DUSTING! I can say the young lady at the desk was very nice, patient and overworked. She was there from night to day. She did her best to handle my concerns. Thank you to her! Keep her! You need her!!

HORRIBLE! NEVER AGAIN!
Stay away! The place is filthy! Pubic hair in the tub, whiskers in the sink, dirty toilet, stains in carpet, something encrusted in carpet, large sticky spill in hallway. Reported it all at check in and requested another room. They said the hotel was full. Breakfast was minimal with stale bagels and biscuits hard as rocks. Complete disaster!

After speaking to somebody about booking my reservation, they failed to tell me that the elevator was not working in the facility. I had to walk up four flights of steps, and then my shower did not work, so I had to walk all the way back down because they would not give me a new key unless I came back down For a different room. The shower did not work. Very disappointed.

The breakfast was very limited but Ok. We got there and we were told the elevator just broke so they had everyone staying in rooms on the 1st and 2nd floor and using the stairs. It was not repaired while we were there. Probably should have marked them lower due to this but at least we got a room.

4th flr room with elevator not operating. Although desk clerk did offer to see if she could get us a different room. No hot water in room. I know people say a cold shower is good for ya but I've not yet adopted that as my morning strategy. The room itself was nicely decorayed and very comfortable.

Customer service was great. The problem was I was there for three hours. All lights off I was sleep. Woke up to use the bathroom, turned on the light and there was roaches on the wall. BIG TURN OFF. Will not be returning there. I was so shocked they was charging so low for a hotel with a pool. That’s why. Smh

Needs maintenance
Property needs much maintenance improvement. Elevator dirty, broken floor tiles, and screeches when open close. Shower head broken. Bathroom not cleaned well. No hot water in morning. First room had broken fridge mount. Wobbly desk. Internet was very good. Location was good w many eateries nearby.

This facility is very dated. Guests on our floor were smoking and making loud noises throughout the night. The sink stopper didn’t work and toilet seat wasn’t anchored properly. The toilet let out a puff of air when flushed. The overall cleanliness of the facility is very poor. The headboards and tables were covered in what looked to be soda which had exploded. Breakfast was incredibly underwhelming too.
