Very friendly and accommodating staff. Able to cater guest needs and even goes above and beyond especially in making sure that guests are doing ok. This is my second time staying here and always satisfied with the choice. They are not beach front but this resort is so worth it. Will keep on coming back and highly recommended!

Our stay was supposedly overall great except for the front desk supervisor who gave us a hard time checking in to the Preferred suite that I booked where it showed a kitchen where we can do a light cooking. She denied all the suite amenities until I showed her all the features and pictures that made me picked that unit. We got the right unit that I booked eventually! Great breakfast buffet. Very great stay! We’ll surely back to this resort!

I have visited Boracay many times but this is the first time to stay Boracay Tropics. It is a nice facility. We stayed on third floor. No elevator. We tried hard to keep sand out of room, but difficult when in a beach town. It would be helpful if there was a foot wash at the bottom of the stairs. When we arrived Aklan, there a person with a sign reading "Boracay Tropics" but not our names. He knew our names. We got in. He stayed with us all the way to hotel. He saved us a lot of time. It was great. I thought it was great the hotel offered this shuttle service. I have had it before with other hotels, but not all. However, when we arrived the hotel they told us the "fee" for this service. It was nowhere on the hotel website or stated anywhere in the hotel confirmation.

All staff members were very helpful & nice. This was my second time checking in at this hotel although wi-fi needs some improvement, very slow or sometimes doesn’t work at all other than that, I would come back & check in at Boracay Tropics again!

We had a cabana, which was great! Even though the hotel faces a busy street we were secluded and it was very peaceful. Excellent breakfast buffet (which was included). And only a few minutes walk to the beach!

Nice and Peaceful Hotel Resort
Like before, the place is peaceful despite it’s location (road side & station 2-3). It’s also nice that it’s near Station X for additional choices in restos. The downside is, their wifi is super slow. But, that’s my least priority since I am on vacation. I love their heated pool and super accomodating staff.

Sick from the Bottled Water
The bottle water that the hotel provided made us sick. We thought that since the bottled water was providing to us by Best Western that it would be safe, We were extremely careful with the with water elsewhere but thought the water the hotel provided would be safe. This turned out not to be the case which spoiled our entire stay at Boracay.

Hotel room and grounds- especially pool we're NOT as shown in pictures. Floors of room dirty. Roving dogs howled all night. Broken toilet, zero hot water, no elevators to third floor. Bad buffet. Front door rattled all night and fire alarm battery chirped for two days. No room cleaning unless you ask. Three guests but only two towels ? No blankets also. Also room price was quoted in pesos but deducted in Baht. That cost me 50% extra ! Not worth the price ! Poor location for Hotel. Staff was nice.

Best Hotel
Where do I begin? We stayed in this hotel on Dec 13-16. The service was awesome! The breakfast buffet was excellent. They tasted well and had varieties of food to choose from and were different daily. The staff was amazing! Very helpful and were always smiling. They will brighten up your day. The location was perfect! It was 5-7 min walk to the beach. As soon as you walk out of the hotel, you cross the street and there are a lot of restaurants to choose from. The only thing I did not like was the flooring of the room as it was a little bit slippery. We definitely enjoyed our stay and will stay here again if we go back to Boracay.

Quiet holiday oasis beside the main road.
Really impressed how well staff looked after me, from Kym who made me omelettes each morning to the hardworking housekeeping who always made my room look great. I had an amazing room overlooking the pool. An awesome stay. Thanks very much.

Upgrade the breakfast!!!! Boring and taste is not something to look forward in the morning. Stayed there for one week with my family and they did'nt change our bedding's not even once!!!!

Decent hotel in pretty good location
Upon arrival the hotel staff greeted us with iced teas for the family. Very friendly staff the entire time. Free breakfast for adults was actually pretty good! Can't complain about the food. The room itself was clean and the AC worked great. However the beds and pillows were horrible. The mattress was like sleeping on a trampoline (hard and springy). I couldn't sleep very well at all for the 3 nights we were there. I complained to the front desk and they had housekeeping put a couple extra mattress covers on it but it wasn't enough to soften the bed. I appreciate the effort but it didn't help. The pool wasn't as refreshing as I had hoped for. It felt like it was hotter in the pool than it was outside and it was HOT while we were there! I just wish there was a shallow end to the pool for kids. Or even a small kids pool. The hotel was doing some maintenance while we were there so there was a strong odor or paint everyday when we went to the pool. As for the location, it is on the main road going through the island. Just a 5 minute walk down an alley to get to the beach. Or a short trike ride to get to d'mall. Plenty of restaurants and little places to eat as well as little stores to buy water and snacks. I gave this hotel 3 stars just because of the lack of comfort in the room. The staff was very kind and the location is good if you want to be away from all the craziness of the beach.

The hotel is lovely and the staff were great really friendly and helpful. The hotel is only 5 minutes walk from the beach which we liked as you get to see a bit more of boracay. Would highly recommend this place.

A great stay in Boracay
The breakfast is wonderful, closeness to the beach is great and the staff is very helpful and friendly. We had a super late arrival of almost 2am and the staff upgraded our room complimentary since they had availability. I really enjoy the breakfast and pool each time I stay here and because of the good experience I plan to stay here my next trip in Boracay.

Grounds and pool are kept immaculate. The rooms are a little outdated and the patio door in our room was extremely stiff to open, but hey, like everything in life you get what you pay for. Beds are comfy, breakfast is ok. Staff are superb. Close to pretty much everything, just a 5 min walk to beach.
