The apartment itself was dated and starting to fall apart. The lights were out in a bedroom and lounge and dining room so first night there was very dim, the heater provided for the dowsing bedroom was broken and very unsafe looking also that bedroom is freezing! So one heater for the three stories in the apartment was a bit sparse! There is a sign saying if you don’t was your dishes a $25 fee will be applied but the dish brush supplied was full of hair and when i asked for a new one the replacement one was also full of hair. Close to restaurants was a plus.

This property listed that it had ceiling fans and heating. There was none. It was a 33degree weekend and we could not sleep nor even relax in the rooms at all, we ended up having to spend all our time at a local cafe as it was cooler outside than in. The owners did not care when we requested a fan of some sort. I also paid for a 3 bedroom apartment and only received a 2 bedroom apartment. Do not book here in summer. Do not recommend.

The Property was awesome just a wee bit back from the water front easy walking distance to shops and places to eat. Will def be back.

We have never slept in a converted single garage with the garage door still attached. Minimal natural light. No cover on the duvet. No oven and hob as advert stated. Not an entre apartment as the advert stated. Photos of building, are not the building that was booked. Misleading advert description. The manager didn't handle our complaint with grace and lost his temper. Poor comments in guest book similar to our experience.
