Located in a quiet area, a few metres from Cours Mirabeau, in the historic centre of Aix en Provence, in the heart of the city's golden triangle, it is in the pedestrian zone, ideal for fully enjoying the city on foot. This property is hidden from view, at the end of a small courtyard, in a historic and secure building. Atypical, with exposed stonework, this property is warm and fully equipped with new fittings. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and includes: \- A living room with Wi-Fi and connected TV. \- A fully equipped kitchen with microwave, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge/freezer, open to the living room. \- 2 bedrooms with double bed ( 140x190cm and 160x200cm) and wardrobe \- A bathroom with bathtub \- A workspace. \- A travel crib for babies is available \-A washing machine is also available. Linen is provided (sheets, towels and tea towels). On your arrival, you will find the following necessities for the start of your stay (kit not renewed): \- Washing powder and cleaning products \- 2 rolls of toilet paper, shower gel \- Sugar, tea and coffee (1 dose per person) \- Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. The courtyard is accessible by car for unloading your luggage. You can then park in one of the public car parks in the vicinity. The nearest car parks are 5 minutes away. Our accommodation is pet-friendly. Following confirmation of your reservation, you will receive an email with a link to the apartment guide. You will have the option of choosing flexible check-in and check-out times for an additional fee. A deposit of €500 in the form of a bank card imprint will be taken the day before your arrival. This serves as a guarantee in the event of damage, theft or loss of keys/objects, lack of care for the accommodation (dirt, rubbish left behind), or unauthorised use of equipment and, more generally, in the event of non-compliance with the contract (pets, number of people, timetables, etc.). This deposit is not a release from liability; the tenant may be held liable for amounts exceeding the deposit. Any damage noticed on arrival (within 4 hours) or during the stay must be reported immediately with photos. The deposit will be released within a week of departure.
