It’s an older hotel at the epicenter of tourism and movement of people. The room was ok the bed was comfortable. I would not recommend to a friend.

Although parking is not available, public parking is nearby and a short walk. This hotel is right in the heart of the dining and social center, although noise wasn't an issue at night. Excellent room with beautiful views, excellent breakfast and staff was courteous and attentive.

Very good hotel
The hotel room was very big and comfortable. We request a king bed and they put us in a room and joined two beds and so was excellent. I would request a room at the back to avoid the street noise and so our room was very quiet. The breakfast was great and a relief from the noise outside… very central and one of the better hotels we have stayed at and very good value for money. The front desk particularly Samba was most helpful

Fantastic location in the heart of Old Town
This hotel is beautifully situated and clean, contemporary finishings with attentive staff. Note : as it is in Old Town, you will NOT be able to drive up to it given the extent narrow streets. Research the closest parking, if you're driving, and take your bags to the hotel from there.

Cozy, Clean Stay
This hotel appears to be an apartment building that has been converted to a hotel. It feels very cozy and comfortable. There were some issues with the elevator while staying, but the stairs were beautiful and taking them was no problem. Front desk staff was incredibly helpful offering local places to check out.

we stayed here before a couple years ago. it was lovely. this time it was very different. we booked the same room, as we walked in we noticed the wood floors buckled by the bed. a few board were up at least 8". this was a serious hazard. I walked down to the reception, the gentleman suggest tat we stay in the room one night and he will get us another room the next day . I said absolutely not! he Offred a standard room and I had to explain to him that the only option is the same room I booked or better. he than Offred a better room but not as good as we booked. we had to take it as we were in a hurry to an event we had to attend. i feel i got ripped off and I intend to dispute the charges with my credit card company

Great location .. however parking was never explained so finding where to park was a challenge, so we parked in the Rotonde down below parking and walked to the hotel. We also felt like it wasn’t as clean as it should have been as we found other peoples food in the refrigerator upon arrival. A/C wasn’t working but keeping the window open since it was cool out worked for us. The Breakfast was decent not many hot dishes but overall a good variety of cereals, cheese, ham and breads! The room was way smaller than imagined but probably typical of the area as space is limited within the city walls and it was a good sound proof room.. the best part- was walking out of the hotel and being amongst a lot of fantastic little eateries. Location location! Overall a good experience of this cute little town.

Beautiful old hotel full of charrm in the centre of the old town. The staff are friendly & helpful. The hotel is in a busy square in the old town. We had 2 rooms at the back of the hotel overlooking a central courtyard, and they were very quiet at night. I'm not sure it would have been so peaceful overlooking the square. The rooms were very clean with good beds. We had a great stay.

This is a very fine hotel. Amazing location at the centre of the action in Aix. The front desk staff members were wonderfully helpful. This place was tops!

We liked the hotel very much! Its location is right in the middle of center near the beautiful fountain! You can walk to everything! The only surprise we had was that the road the hotel is on, you can not get there by car. However, once we found that out, found a parking place, and got luggage to room, all was wonderful!
