We have chosen to preserve its historic charm through our furniture and our authentic atmosphere.Concerning your bathroom, I am sorry that it did not meet your expectations. These are our old bathrooms which will soon be renovated. I can confirm that our rooms are cleaned every day, however wear and tear has marked some of our bathrooms.In the interest of eco-responsibility, our bathroom products are available in dispensers. These are only changed once the product is empty.Regarding your arrival, I am sorry that our receptionist present was busy and could not assist you with your luggage.I present our sincere apologies. This in no way reflects our usual quality of service. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies.You booked in last minute three of our Classic room overlooking the street or the courtyard, as mentionned on our website. Note that our hotel also offers room overlooking the Harbor.Each of the room was bigger than the usual size of our Classic room (none less than 25m²). We though that we would please you by assigning you larger than normal rooms.Finally, our breakfast buffet provides a large choice of local and fresh products.In addition, you asked for an early breakfast (before 6.30 am) to takeaway which is not a service that we use to offer however our team agreed to accede to your request. We are surprised that you compare Suite Terrasse Frederic Chopin to a fraternity house. Indeed, our Suite is well-known for its cosy atmosphere and its elegant furnishing. We always receive compliments regarding both of our Suite Terrasse. Plus, this Suite offer an incredible view on the Old Harbour of Marseille. It is a real safe heaven on the very heart of the City which have nothing to compare to a fraternity house. We are sorry that our decoration as the color of our carpet did not met your expectations. Our hotel reflects the contemporary atmosphere so much appreciated by the greats travelers of the Romantic Era. We chose to share our history through our period furnishing as our decoration touches. Finally, our front desk recommend restaurants nearby the hotel which we always receive positive feedback from our guest. Indeed, our front desk team always recommend restaurant which was tried by one the staff member.
