You'll enjoy the large south-facing terrace; in the garden, the shared pool will let you cool off.  
The enclosed bedroom overlooking the garden and a sunny living room make you feel right at home.  
The villa is located in a quiet, private cul-de-sac where you can park your car. A 15-minute walk will take you to the famous Cours Mirabeau, with its plane trees and terraces.
