"Two nights reservation, it was great first time, collected the keys from the entry box, parking right by, peaceful environment, and direct view of the Neuschwanstein Castle!!"
"Nicely renovated little hotel. Although the staff left in the evening they made sure I could access a key for a late checkin. Only point was a little too much chemical/perfume smells in the room from cleaning products. Very clean though. Small but nice breakfast area."
"The view to the lake it’s beautiful. The apartment is ok. I found many spiders in the apartment, balcony and hall. There was no dish sponge, hand soap and just a little toilet paper. I wish there was a microwave. I kept bumping my head on the ceiling every time I was going to sit on the sofa. I really liked that there was plenty storage space. I made the reservation for 4 people, but they only left 2 towels and 2 blankets. When I sent an email they delivered everything quickly. I kept bumping...
"The truble with this hotels is that they hire people with horrible customer service. I have 3 months straight working and traveling in Germany and this is the first hotel that I found with very unpleasant conversation and the result is was that i was worried and unsafe for the stay. Sorry for writing this, but it is what it was! "
"I like the location. Service was oké. I like the breakfast top. One thing that wasn t oké was the douche because of the fungus. IT was a pity. Please resolve and then we come back "
"Da sind zwei große Hunde und der Eigentümer hat nichts unternommen, als ich sagte, das ich Angst habe. In der Nach haben Anresende eine halbe Stunde gelinget und keinen erreicht, obwohl man über die Bescheid wüsste. Allso - nie wieder."
"Handy accomodation half an hour removed from Füssen and the other major extractions of the area. The price was fair for the size of the accomodation."
"In front of the Hotel is a party location. We had the „luck“ to try to use the night entrence between drunken people.
The key save, was available for everyone who had to check in, including the drunken people. It was fun… not."

"Great place to stay.
Fussen is stunning and well worth a good walk around the old town.
Comfortable room and breakfast was amazing.
The staff were really friendly too"
"This was a wonderful stay for our family. It was very clean and well kept. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very nicely done out but the room had an open shower, with a window in the room. Not ideal with 2 teenagers! We used the wellness area while we were there and that was gorgeous. It has 2 steam rooms and a sauna, and a very luxurious place quiet rooms. It rained while we were there so we appreciated the down time. The parking was underground and had to book it in advance. The hotel is very centrally located , with a supermarket and bakery opposite, very close to the bus stop that takes you to Neuschwanstein Castle, and minutes to the town centre."
