By staying at our property, you agree to adhere to the guidelines outlined below for yourself and any visitors you allow on the premises: Maximum Occupancy: No unauthorized people are permitted to stay overnight. The maximum number of guests allowed on the property is 20. Noise and Nuisance: Tenants agree not to cause or permit nuisance at the property. This includes excessive noise and disruptive behavior. Quiet hours are observed from 10pm Sunday through Thursday, and 11pm Friday and Saturday. Consideration should always be given to neighboring units. Parking: Street parking only is permitted. Garbage, Trash, and Recycling: Guests are responsible for disposing of garbage and recycling in accordance with usual practice. Bins have been provided, and no rubbish is to be littered on the property or deck. Premises Condition and Cleanliness: Tenants agree to leave the premises clean and tidy upon vacating, with all fittings and chattels in their original condition and position. Any damage or disrepair must be reported to the property manager within 12 hours. Tenants are responsible for any repairs or excessive cleaning attributed to their stay.
