Okay room. Fridge was full of old food upon arrival. Bathroom floor was dirty with lots of hair behind door. Hotel lost power for 7+hours; only building to lose power on street. It appeared to be a hotel issue. No compensation or explanation.

Thank you Chris for your candid feedback. We are truly sorry for this bad experience. Our main breaker broke on one of the days of your stay and guests were informed that it was not an easy and quick fix. We immediately called in licensed electricians who did their best to restore power back that night. Compensations were given on the next morning of the incident.
