While the property rooms and common building are clean and the staff is friendly, the beds are uncomfortable, Hotels.com said there was AC and a fitness center, neither are available at the facility so my room was constantly hot. There were a couple bugs in my room. The towels are poor quality. My room was next to housekeeping so it was very loud. The wifi is the worst I've experienced at a hotel, not only could not I not do any work, but I barely could...
"An absolutely lovely hotel in a great location and with a cosy, welcoming atmosphere. We loved our stay here - especially the nice touches like free fizzy water and coffee in the lobby. The rooms were nicely decorated and clean, plus the staff were really welcoming and helpful. Would definitely love to stay here when I next return to Toulouse."

"We had an excellent stay. Staff could not have been more helpful, the room was spotless and the bed extremely comfortable. We loved the small kitchen which was well equipped. We would have liked a welcome pack with a dishwasher tablet, soap to wash the dishes and a tea towel. We would have happily paid for that at reception. We will definitely be back and come prepared if eating in the room. "
