Outside, a patio can be used as an al fresco dining area, or simply as a lounge area to relax, chat with friends, or read a book while enjoying the peace and beauty of the surroundings. The house is on one level and offers a large, bright living room that can serve as both lounge and dining area, with Tuscan bricks and Gallura-style furniture. The highlight of the room is the large window overlooking the garden, the sea and the pool. The kitchen is modern, with light-coloured furnishings, fully equipped including induction hob. Adjacent to the kitchen, outside, there is a BBQ area with outdoor sink. The villa has three bedrooms: Master bedroom (right wing) with en-suite bathroom and XL shower On the opposite wing: one triple room with bunk bed and single bed, facing a complete bathroom with shower (serving both the bedroom and the living area) A few steps up: another double bedroom with an additional single bed and a complete bathroom with shower Maximum privacy and security are guaranteed by the services of Portobello di Gallura residential park (access only for residents or accredited guests, 24/7 security service).
