In Portobello, the Villa Beth Luis Nion offers an excellent view of the sea. The 330 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 5 bedrooms and 5 en-suite bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services as well as a washing machine. This accommodation does not offer: air conditioning. This vacation rental features a private outdoor space with a garden, open and covered terraces, and a barbecue.

The villa is just 100 meters from the beach and offers private access. There is a small supermarket within the residence for your convenience. It is located 3 km from Vignola Mare, 1 km from the Almadia restaurant, and 8 km from Lu Litarroni beach. Built in the early 1970s, the villa enjoys an exclusive location overlooking the beach and features a large private garden.
