The bathroom includes a shower, completing the comfortable and functional interior space.  
  
The 164.82 sq. m outdoor area is equally impressive, offering numerous options for relaxation and entertainment. It features a BBQ area with a gas grill and a countertop that extends from the indoor kitchen, an outdoor dining table with six chairs, as well as two sun loungers with a side table for relaxation. The heated pool and the outdoor shower enhance the comfort of the outdoor space, while the armchair with a side table and the outdoor seating area around a fire pit create a welcoming space for evening gatherings. The villas also support the eco living and environment protection by planting trees all over the outside area and by using solar panels for lower energy consumption!
