Located in the La Pinède district, near the Naturist Village, this sunny apartment is 1 km from the beach in a secure, wooded residence. Shared amenities include: swimming pool, tennis court, pétanque court, barbecue areas, and parking space. Shops are 800 m away, a grocery store 600 m, and Roquilles beach 1 km. Marina 1 km, golf course (27 holes) 2.5 km. This bright, recently renovated one-bedroom apartment offers 35 m² of living space and a 22 m² terrace overlooking the residence's garden. Sleeps 4. Private parking space #411. This apartment comprises a spacious living room with a sofa bed, TV, dining area, and an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, two-burner gas hob, oven/microwave, electric filter coffee maker, Krups coffee machine, and a new dishwasher). There is a bathroom with a shower and washing machine, and a separate toilet. The bedroom has a double bed (140 cm) and storage space. A sunny veranda overlooks the 22 m² west-facing terrace, which features an electric awning and overlooks the residence's garden. The large bay window is equipped with electric roller shutters. Available for your use: vacuum cleaner, clothes drying rack, iron and ironing board, and two sun loungers. TV (French channels only).
