Lovely one-bedroom apartment for 4 people on the ground floor of a residence with swimming pool, tennis court, and parking.  
In the La Pinède district, near the Naturist Village, sunny location, 1 km from the beach, in a secure, tree-lined residence.  
  
Shared facilities: Swimming pool, tennis court, bowling alley, barbecue areas, and parking.  
  
Shops 800 m, grocery store 600 m, Roquilles beach 1 km.  
  
Marina 1 km, golf course (27 holes) 2.5 km.  
  
Bright, newly renovated one-bedroom apartment of 35 m² with a 22 m² terrace overlooking the residence garden.  
Sleeps 4.  
  
Private parking space #411.  
  
This apartment features a spacious living room with a sofa bed, TV, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, 2-burner gas stove, microwave, filter coffee maker, Krups coffee machine, and new dishwasher) opening onto the living room.  
  
Bathroom with shower and washing machine, separate toilet.  
  
The bedroom features a 140cm bed and storage space.  
The sunny veranda overlooks the 22m² terrace, with an electric awning, facing west, and overlooking the residence's garden.  
The large bay window is equipped with electric shutters.  
  
Available: vacuum cleaner, clothes horse, iron and ironing board, and two deckchairs.  
  
TV (French channels only).  
  
Utensils such as pots, pans, glasses, cutlery, and plates are available for guests, as well as duvets, pillows, and cleaning supplies.
