This residence comprises small semi-detached villas, some on one level and others with an upper floor. Located in the heart of a pine forest, you'll enjoy peace and quiet while remaining close to everything. A 15-minute walk to the nearest beach, Plage de la Roquille, via a path through the pine forest. There you'll find shops such as a bakery, snack bar, newsagent/tobacconist, greengrocer, mini-market, restaurants, and beach bars. Also on this beach, you can enjoy water sports such as jet skiing, towed inflatables, banana boats, pedal boats, etc. The port center is a 15-minute walk away. The agency is a 10-minute walk away. Semi-detached villa of 50 m² for 4 people, with a shared swimming pool. West-facing with a garden view. Enclosed garden of 20 m². Private parking space #58 in front. Very spacious and bright! Perfect for a peaceful holiday while still being close to everything. You will find a large living room, a fully equipped kitchenette (microwave, 4-burner gas stove, oven, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, toaster).
