This residence consists of small, semi-detached villas, some of which are either single-story or have two floors. Located in the heart of the pine forest, you'll enjoy a peaceful setting while still being close to everything. A 15-minute walk from the nearest beach, Plage de la Roquille, via a path that crosses the pine forest. There, you'll find shops such as a bakery, snack bar, newsagent/tobacco shop, market gardener, mini-market, restaurants, and beach huts. Also on this beach, you'll find water sports such as jet skiing, tubing, banana boat rides, pedal boats, and more. The harbor center is a 15-minute walk away. The agency is a 10-minute walk away. This 50 m² semi-detached villa sleeps 4 with a shared swimming pool. West-facing with garden views. 20 m² enclosed garden. Private parking space #58 in front. Very spacious and bright!! Perfect for a peaceful vacation while being close to everything. You will find a large living room with a fully equipped kitchenette (microwave, 4-burner gas stove, oven, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, toaster). One bedroom on the ground floor with a 140 cm bed. One bedroom upstairs with a 140 cm bed. Bathroom with bathtub and toilet. TV (French channels only). Utensils such as pots, pans, glasses, cutlery, and plates are available for guests, as well as duvets, pillows, and cleaning supplies. The apartment does not have Wi-Fi; you can contact the agency, which will provide you with a Wi-Fi router (5 GB per day) for €7 per day or €39 per week.
