This spacious semi-detached villa is composed in the entrance of a bedroom with a sofa bed in 140 and a storage cupboard, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, mini oven, microwave, electric coffee maker with filter, kettle 2 gas burners) and a lounge with its TV corner. The room is fully open and accessible by opening the windows to the garden. In the second bedroom you will find a double bed in 140\. Direct access by bay window to the garden. Electric shutter. Mezzanine with a 140cm bed and storage unit. Access to a small terrace on the 1st floor. Electric shutter also. Bathroom with bath and washing machine. Separate WC. TV in the living room (French channels only). Utensils such as frying pans, saucepans, glasses, cutlery and plates are at the disposal of travellers as well as duvets, pillows and cleaning kits.
