This very cozy apartment opens onto a living room-kitchen bathed in light with a breathtaking view of the boats. A modern and functional kitchen complements this living area. You have a dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, Senseo and everything you need to cook. The apartment also has a dishwasher and a washing machine as well as a Smart TV. A bedroom, a bathroom and a separate toilet complete this single storey. The 30m² floor includes a sleeping area, a cocooning relaxation area and a bedroom opening directly onto the terrace. From this terrace you can admire the boats, the activity on the port and the sunset... At the foot of the residence, direct access to the harbor promenade will allow you to access all the shops and enjoy pleasant walks or go quickly to the beaches of Cap d'Adge. The leisure park is a 23-minute walk away. For your comfort a private parking space (n° 139) is at your disposal as well as a wi-fi connection. La Grande Conque is 750 meters from the accommodation, while Aqualand Cap d'Agde water park is a 23-minute walk away. The nearest airport is Béziers-Cap d'Agde, 16 km away.
