Charming T3 of 46m² spacious with its terrace of 10m² overlooking the sea and the swimming pool of the residence.   
Ideal for 6 people.  
  
South facing, located on the 2nd floor with elevator.  
  
No private parking space. Possibility of garage in addition. Free public parking at 25m.

This apartment has a bathroom with a bathtub, separate toilet.  
  
It has two large bedrooms, 1 with a bunk bed with 2 single beds in 90, 1 bedroom with a bed in 140 (bedding 2018).  
  
In the living room you will find a sofa bed, an open fully equipped kitchen (1 refrigerator, 4 electric fires, 1 mini oven, 1 dishwasher, 1 microwave, 1 electric coffee maker with filter).  
  
The living room opens directly onto the terrace separated by a bay window.   
Breathtaking sea view and view of the swimming pool of the residence.  
  
Tv (French channels only).  
  
Utensils such as frying pans, saucepans, glasses, cutlery and plates are at the disposal of travellers as well as duvets, pillows and cleaning kits.
