Bad!
Wasn’t expecting much of a luxury considering that I booked a basic room. However, there wasn’t anything at my stay that made the hotel a delight and to say the least a place to chill. Despite a good number of tourists the music by the pool was exclusively to the local taste. It seemed that the music choice was made to please the hotel staff not the visitors. They played loud music all day long with the exception of Friday where they did not play music whatsoever. Worse still, music was way too loud and cleaning staff had to communicate yelling across the hotel compound. It was so noisy and way too loud that I had to use ear plugs at my room so I can get some sleep. Restaurant was empty and despite advertising a diner menu, 4 members of staff at the front of house couldn’t deliver service. I ordered dinner and sat for over 30 minutes before standing up and cancelling my order. But, what made it worse and unacceptable is the hotel Wi-Fi that kept dropping and had to spend most of my time waiting for content to load. Absolutely terrible, I felt so miserable. I did complain to reception and all I got was shrugged shoulders.

Great value in central Agadir
Another return trip for us to the Tagadirt (our first stay was over 35 years ago, so it’s not new!) & enjoyed it as much as ever. The staff are lovely & always find us a quiet studio. Rooms are spacious, well maintained, lots of hot water and comfortable beds. The swimming pool is very relaxing & shielded from Atlantic winds in winter and the well tended gardens make this a great value stay in the centre of Agadir.

Very poor service the receptionist was rude , no door man nobody helps , the room was dirty smells terrible , towels very dirty dirty , toilet smells of drain, the bed wasn’t comfortable , no air conditioning no Hairdryer no soap Nooo tv it was so boring , the swimming pool was so dirty, the breakfast was a Disaster only Smelly eggs and old bread, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL please save your money and go somewhere Else. Only thing good about this place is the LOCATION that’s it .

Booked 2 bed room, we had to go up multiple of stairs before getting to room and that was exhausting every time. Also, telephone in room does not work, don’t know why staff placed it there. No fridge in room even tho we were staying there 7days & weather was really hot so constantly buying water but having no way of keeping it cooled also Moroccan water is not drinkable so had to buy bottled water. When I explained to staff at reception, they said to pay extra 200 dirhams daily if I wanted a fridge in my room otherwise it’s not their problem I should of booked a bigger apartment with kitchen instead. Very poor quality everything at the hotel, would NOT recommend it at all!

I booked a room for a week. The toilet did not work on the Friday, brown tap water on the Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday I had no hot water and the lady at réception was argumentative and rude and very reluctant to assist me in moving to another room. I was unable to take a shower for 3 days. This most definatly is not a 3 star hotel. No TV or fridge in room. Approximately 12 sun loungers for the whole hotel so if you want to leave your room to lay by the pool youd have difficulty finding a lounger. I was unable to get to the pool until 4 days after I arrived. The lady who cooks the breakfast uses her fingers to touch the food and the food is generally uncovered. If you just want an uncomfortable bed for one night then this is the hotel for you any longer and the highlight of your week will be whether you were able to get hot water shower. Apparently the hotel is well aware of the issues(according to the one decent member of staff) but don't care. If this is the type of hotel that you are recommending, I would be very reluctant to use you again. I deserve a refund and a medal for endurance

URGENTLY NEEDS RENOVATION — Poor equipment in room
Overall poor condition on the hotel in general. Staff were hard work trying to avoid any question or even try to be helpful. Only positive was location and to some extent breakfast if I am allowed to considerate or polite. Definitely needs urgent renovation. Toilets & baths old with taps rusted. It’s a shame but as it’s in wonderful location. As others out there with similar prices nearby and in much much better condition. We cancelled our second leg of journey after this experience and gone elsewhere.

rooms were not clean on arrival, staff rude from 1st impression to end, breakfast was vary plain just a few items out and all were old , no mini fridge, no air conditioning, no wifi in rooms only in lobby . great location tho off the beach, and not badly priced for area. i would of given a better review if the staff was more friendly. place lacks basic manners with staff

I like it was near the beach other than that the facility was filthy, house leaning service was terrible. Had to switch rooms 3 times in the 7 days we were there. First room had no power, shower stall did not work and was filthy. 2nd room, has leak and carbon monoxide smell and dirty linens and towels. The hotel did not provide toiletries for daily use. Bed sheets and towels were not replaced on a daily basis even when it was set aside for cleaning. Breakfast menu was the same for 7 days all eggs and bread. The eggs were rotten and the chef had to throw a lot away when it was prepared. The bread was very stale and old. Dinner was leftovers from lunch. Same pasta, potatoes, water down tomatoe sauce. If they served fish, the same fish would be served 4 days straight in a row then they would take the fish and bread and fry it. It beef was serve they reuse it the next day and add extra sauce in it. The food was horrendous even the staff commented about the lack of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation that this hotel has. As soon as a person check out the room was immediately available for vacancy, we know this because we witness the rooms near us first hand. There is only a total of 3 house cleaners and when they come to the room there’s never any cleaning tools or detergent only there empty hands and eyes as visual. This is by far the first and only filthiest, unprofessional , and I compassionate hotel I have ever stayed at.

Very nice hotel, but not the best service.
Very nice hotel and the staff in the reception was very friendly and service minded. There's some wifi in the reception, but nowhere else. Less good was that didn't clean the room under our entire stay and the service was very slow, we never received a towel for the 3de person even though we asked twice a day. But overall it's a good place to stay!

Good for the price
Good location, stayed in a beautifier studio, spacious , clean with all facilities. But there is no TV and no WIFI. Even the wifi in the reception was not reliable and most of the time failing. which is a pity. I could not book my next accommodation and access Internet. There was no heating in the room either so it was cold. The Reception are dismissive rather than responsive. It is a pity., The hotel is big and has nice rooms and apartments with good wifi and some more improvement and positive staff could be an ideal place for tourists. However its many stairs and zigzags make it unsuitable for the elderly and disabled.

Mediocre hotel close to the beach
We booked on expedia, and when we got to the hotel, they could not find our booking. They asked me for a deposit until they can figure it out the next day, and when I refused, everything was ok.... Hotel was stuffy and very NOISY. No A/C in the rooms, and breakfast was the worst. Also no parking, I had to park my car on the street about a quarter of a mile from the hotel!

When we got to the hotel we were checked in happily but slowly and taken to our room, as we left our room to explore agadir the woman on reception said there had been a problem with our room and hotels.com had cancelled saying we had to pay a different rate (£50 more) we argued for a while saying they should honour the rate we booked at but she was having none of it. We were meant to pay €175 but ended up paying €225 plus €15.65 tax. This annoyed me greatly but I decided not to let it ruin my first day. The room was simple, comfortable, quiet and clean! The pool area was quiet and a good sun spot with little kittens running around! We never ate at the hotel. But a woman constantly knocked on our door from the hotel asking us about trips, we ended booking one to get her to leave us alone but the night before I fell ill, she then knocked on our door at 9am shouting at my boyfriend and demanding the money saying she will come back later with some more people to get it (she never did) again another annoying person that again I didn't let spoil my time. The maids and one of the bellboys were so lovely and warm but I feel all the other staff were rude and cold. And on the last day the woman on reception demanded more money for the room only 40Dh but even so the cheek of it. Overall I enjoyed my stay but the service was left to be improved.
