Good hotel but no irons in the room which you need to pay for per item of clothing for pressing which I think is a bit of a rip off...

A.C. was not working. Lights didn't work when we walked in we had to ask for it to be fixed. Fridge had funny smell. No kettle or welcome drink in room.

Nice hotel with a good location.

Great family friendly hotel. Location is good, Food is good, nice facilities, rooms are clean and comfortable. They need more staff at the reception and few staff with attitude at the restaurant. Pool guy was really helpful and animation team was very friendly. Didn't like the fact that I had to pay for the room safe and pay bedroom tax.

We would have liked double bed instead of twin beds. Otherwise everything was good

breakfast lowers the score

hotel close to beach by walk, apparently they only have twin beds that they can join together. Breakfast is quite disappointing, no fruits, only cold cut is awfull balloney, so much so that the plates would remain full, whereas most other options in buffet would tend to be empty, as staff wasn t quick enough to restock. pool area looks good if you plan to use it, but it seems that you need to rent the towels, as i saw a guest ask for 2 towels, pay 20 euros and receive 2 coupons in exchange. the room we had was spacious.

Our stay for 2 weeks were brilliant

Pros: The service for this hotel was excellent no complains at all
Cons: We was happy with everything, we needed the heating on for few days as we were feeling cold at night but there were no heating so i got double duvet covers and was happy with that
Location: Restaurants were close by and also other shopping stores were near too

Theres a lack of communication. they dont explain things and staff at the restraunt are quite unfriendly.we done half board so we had to pay for our drinks. and when we bought in our own bottles of water they rejected it and said it was not allowed which was unfair as 2 days they allowed it and then 3rd day they said no. They dont explain all the extra charges that u may encounter in the hotel etc. staff need to je more friendly and helpful. receptionists all med to have a smile and actually know their jobs properly and need better customer service.

I want to say a thank you to all the staff. And a special thanks to Sanaa she was very helpful and very professional. And I will return for sure to this hotel when I gonna plan to visit Agadir. Great job to all the staff and thank you for making my stay in your property very enjoyable. ;)

The receptionist are rude never gave us a flyer as everyone was given to know what to do around the hotel. The entertainers were the best people and they are Kalid, Kali and Anwour. They make you feel welcomed but the rest of the people are the worse. They wouldnt help you, they are hungry for money and the put us in a room that had 2 beds pushed together for me and my partner. Then gave us a wrong room which was another familys room with their things there like their luggages. I could of stolen their things. The food is rubish its basic food not cultural. I would only come bk the visit Kalid the entertainer.
