Dejligt hotel i gåafstand fra hotellet

Pros: Buffet var til at spise for alle og uden dårlig mave. Med meget grønt. Men uden bacon.
Cons: For os måtte buffet godt smage af lidt mere. Info om spisetider var ikke nem at finde.
Location: Kort til stranden, men gennem butiksområde. Lille privat strand et stykke fra vandkanten. Meget fin promenade langs stranden.
Hesteskoformet hotel med meget lækker terrassebygger have, meget velplejet. Super ren pool. Og meget varieret buffet.

Albergo modesto per una vacanza a buon mercato

Pros: La posizione e la piscina
Cons: Ascensore rumorosa:si sente dalle camere! Bagni con di "odore di ristagno,doccia modesta servizi di accessori inesistenti,asciugamani odorano di umido
Location: Sul lungomare ottima posizione molti ristoranti e negozi nelle vicinanze
Albergo modesto per una vacanza a buon mercato. Più un 3 stelle che un 4 stelle. Nella media buono per una vacanza senza particolari lussi, vicino al mare.

Nice hotel close to beach

Bonjour Hôtel pas mal mais ne vaut pas les 4 étoiles. La personne qui sert le thé je lui met un zéro sur 20. Pas du tout agréable aucun sourire, on a l'impression qu'on le dérange. Sinon le personnel est sympathique mais un peu froid.

hotel close to beach by walk, apparently they only have twin beds that they can join together. Breakfast is quite disappointing, no fruits, only cold cut is awfull balloney, so much so that the plates would remain full, whereas most other options in buffet would tend to be empty, as staff wasn t quick enough to restock. pool area looks good if you plan to use it, but it seems that you need to rent the towels, as i saw a guest ask for 2 towels, pay 20 euros and receive 2 coupons in exchange. the room we had was spacious.

Our stay for 2 weeks were brilliant

Pros: The service for this hotel was excellent no complains at all
Cons: We was happy with everything, we needed the heating on for few days as we were feeling cold at night but there were no heating so i got double duvet covers and was happy with that
Location: Restaurants were close by and also other shopping stores were near too

Theres a lack of communication. they dont explain things and staff at the restraunt are quite unfriendly.we done half board so we had to pay for our drinks. and when we bought in our own bottles of water they rejected it and said it was not allowed which was unfair as 2 days they allowed it and then 3rd day they said no. They dont explain all the extra charges that u may encounter in the hotel etc. staff need to je more friendly and helpful. receptionists all med to have a smile and actually know their jobs properly and need better customer service.

Un 4 stelle solo sulla carta

Pros: La posizione, l'animazione diurna e serale, le piscine e il parco.
Cons: Bisogna migliorare il personale nel modo di rapportarsi all'ospite: siamo rimasti 2 settimane e mai una volta all'entrata dell'hotel un saluto degli addetti alla sicurezza dallo sguardo assente o sempre intenti a parlare tra di loro, mai un saluto da parte del pool boy che fa finta di non vedere per non dover sistemare l'ombrellone, sempre attaccato al telefonino, mai un saluto da parte dell' addetta della misera palestra dove non è disponibile né un asciugamano né un dispenser per un bicchiere d'acqua. Il personale della recepiton nel complesso passabile, a parte l'ottimo Sig. Faisal che ha fatto l possible per soddisfare una nostra richiesta indicata in fase di prenotazione e che non era stata nemmeno presa in considerazione.
Location: Ottima posizione dell' hotel e vicina a molte attrazioni.
