The receptionist are rude never gave us a flyer as everyone was given to know what to do around the hotel. The entertainers were the best people and they are Kalid, Kali and Anwour. They make you feel welcomed but the rest of the people are the worse. They wouldnt help you, they are hungry for money and the put us in a room that had 2 beds pushed together for me and my partner. Then gave us a wrong room which was another familys room with their things there like their luggages. I could of stolen their things. The food is rubish its basic food not cultural. I would only come bk the visit Kalid the entertainer.
