You had a problem in your room, which you reported. The night porter immediately offered you another room. However you refused this and subsequently demanded compensation upon departure. Because we immediately offered you a solution, we have not granted you this refund. You could have had a perfect other room. Our employees have not been rude at any moment, but they have offered a solution, which you did not want.
