Experience family living with four bedrooms, a large walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom in the master, a second bathroom, a separate study area, and an open concept living and dining areas with a fully functional kitchen. The moment you walk into the apartment, you will be immediately captivated by its enormous and well-lit 'hub of the home' living and dining areas. These spaces are enhanced by high ceilings, feature bulkheads, high-quality downlights, polished character concrete floors, and chic decor throughout. Additional features include a ducted reverse cycle air conditioning and a huge laundry area in the second bathroom. This property offers a secured carpark for 2 vehicles at $25 per car per night. Providing only the best professionally laundered linen and using disinfectant cleaning products, our trained cleaners will prepare this home to impeccable standard.
