That stay was great. The wi-fi provided by the hotel was of very poor quality. I ended up using my phone data as it was quite imposdible to load even a basic website via wi-fi. We traveled in s large group and many others had the same experience. We traveled from Melbourne and on the way stopped of at a little town. The wi-fi in that motel was of better quality.

The staff is great, super helpful and very kind. The room is ageing and could use with a remodel. What could be improved is really the noise isolation. You can hear everything from the corridor and our room was facing the pool so the noise until 10pm from people in the pool and jacuzzi made it hard for our toddler to sleep. Area around the hotel is awesome, great restaurants and shops.

The area is excellent. The hotel is good. As always some facilities don't work. This time the sauna was not heating up and jets in the spa didn't work.

Staff were friendly and helpful. They had 24 hours room service, which we took advantage of. Restaurant had tasty food, we enjoyed the pasta and minute steak. Location was also quite stunning as it is right next to the beach.

Martin, at the concierge desk was so friendly and helpful, being our first time to Adelaide, we got around with ease. Thank you Martin. Our room had an amazing ocean view, though the room lacked lighting, there was no lights at the table and chairs area to eat, we had to sit on our bed with the bed side light on.

Awesome location for Adelaide, right at the beach with transit options to get into the city easily with restaurants steps away. The rooms were clean and updated. Some other parts of the hotel is starting to show the buildings age but overall a great place and would recommend.

Building needs a "Freshen Up". Breakfast Buffet needs a shake-up.Scrambled eggs dry. Poached eggs hard. Horrible white sliced bread. And pay extra for a decent cup of coffee!!!!!!!!!!! Nasi Goreng at Dinner was so dry. Rice seemed to be cooked days ago.However, The chicken dish was good.

We had a lovely 1 night stay in a room with a balcony. Cannot complain about one thing. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I must compliment the staff. From the young man who helped us with our bags out of the car right through to the lovely waitress who made a mean Mimosa the next day!

We have stayed here before and enjoyed our stay, the location is amazing, so we rebooked. We were disappointed. The hotel looks tired and needs updating. The room we were in had a horrible smell and with the windows siliconed shut, there was no fresh air to teduce the smell. The television worked on and off. We booked in the restaurant for dinner. When we arrived there was no booking. Fortunately they found us a table. There was not enough staff. They were run off their feet. People were complaining as it was taking 45 minutes to get an entree, which was tomato soup. I felt sorry for the staff as they were doing their best. All in all, we probably won't stay here again.

The staff are really lovely, accommodating and always happy to help. The room had some gross long black hair along the window sill and floor but otherwise was very clean and well presented. The building itself could probably benefit from some upgrades but as it is, has a lot of character and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The buffet breakfast was nice with plenty of options including barista made coffee. Its a short walk to entertainment for kids and adults and some great little shops along jetty rd.

The swimming Pool was being worked on. Would have been nice to be told this before arriving. Room was very dated and worn. Not good value for money paid. Breakfast was very good. Plenty to choose from and great views of the beach.

This property has such a wonderful location which is so central to everything in Adelaide. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. However, we were disappointed with the lack of openness with the closure of the pool and spa facilities- we had booked this property as it had the best in the area and we were assured that it would be open upon our arrival.

Nice comfortable hotel right by Glenelg beach, which is lovely. Easy transport to city by tram. Lots of lovely coastal walks and restaurants. Decent size rooms with great view in the beach side. Shame the pool isn't open yet, but they did tell us at the time of booking. Recommended

Beautiful rooms
Fantasic rooms, concierge service slow. Their pool was closed for maintenance however this was not noted anywhere on their own website or on hotels.com and we were only advised AFTER booking and paying our non-refundable stay. We had chosen this hotel for the indoor pool with the kids. No compensation was offered, only to travel into the city and use their pool there, or travel to the marion indoor pool and be reimbursed. Both useless to us. Rooms were good though and view was beautiful.
