A lovely hotel, quiet, comfortable, and relaxing

I'd definitely go back, central to everything in the CBD, the rooms were spacious and comfortable and quiet.

Pros: The Room,
Cons: Parking.
The room was excellent, the location great. Parking is an issue so we played musical parking spots outside the hotel which was a minor inconvenience.

Best mid-range hotel in Adelaide!!

Posted 13-Jul-2016
Pros: Best location and facilities offered at this hotel, and most importantly FREE and UNLIMITED WIFI in all rooms, and the hotel staffs respects customers
Cons: Very good hotel, they even provides coffee espresso in the hotel room, that we can make our own coffee at your convenience.
Location: Location wise, very good and superb.. near to airport shuttle bus stops, and great restaurants, rundell mall and tram stations, can tour city on foot.
This Hotel is close (around a street away from the airport shuttle bus stop, bus J1 stops at Hotel Chancellor at Currie Street) and it is also near to the free tram station, Pirie Station. Just adjacent to the hotel, there are two good Western restaurants, Press food & wine and Melt, both restaurants receive good reviews from Tripadvisor and we love the food there.. don't forget to visit Peel Street and Leigh Street where you can find also good and remarkable western restaurants and bar there, Bread & Bone, Casablabla and Cos. This hotel is near to almost anywhere you wish to go, Gouger Street, or Victoria Square, Rundell Mall, Coles, Woolworths.. or just a tour of the city on foot. Besides great location, this hotel itself offers wonderful facilities.. first of all, they have FREE WIFI in all their hotel rooms, (they'll provide new password codes each day as each password is only valid for 24 hours) and this is totally different with other hotels in Adelaide, as most hotels would offer only free wifi at their lobby/ common area or only limited access to free wifi, and additional charges applies should you exceeded their limits to free wifi.. so definitely free wifi is very useful and important to us travelers. Besides that, they also provides facilities like Gym, Indoor heated pool and a swimming pool.. Water flasks are also available at the Gym and the pool area, Bath robes and towels are provided at the pool area too..

great central location for night out in the city

Posted 26-Jun-2016
Pros: location half way to mall and casino and market/restaurants on gouger st all staff we encountered very friendly and welcoming
Cons: as above but possibly once renovations completed will be better.
very friendly check in ,,unfortunately renovating at moment, so bit unorganized lobby---happy with room ,but no offer of upgrade due to restaurant being closed and renovations-- had said never stayed before and had been looking forward to it. had said was husbands birthday ,but no wishing well or anything someone had been smoking on our floor ,but staff were quick to look in to it and freshen up pool, spa, sauna great area to have to relax but pool too cold for a june swim (although we did) spa also too cool. but again staff were already investigating causes while we were there maybe previous spa users had already complained. breakfast prices ridiculous and there was no mention of any being available , or about happy hour at checkin we found out after happy hour had finished other wise would have gone down to bar.

Great facilities for physically disabled

Posted 16-Jun-2016
Pros: Very friendly staff and ease of access
Cons: New pillows
Location: Great location buses to the Barossa and Airport in currie st. Lovely restaurants in Leigh st.
Had a fabulous time and the staff were all wonderful. Cater for disabled with ramps, bathroom fittings and high bed. My only negative observation is that the pool it is inaccessible for the disabled as there are stairs. Close to the many restaurants in Leigh st , access through the Arcade. I would definitely stay there next time we visit Adelaide

Pros: Taylor, the duty manager was excellent and very caring about our problem. He really tried to solve the matter, and gave us a refund for our stay.
Cons: change the beds!!! the beds you are currently using are for a motel and not for a five star hotel.
Location: close to the city, location was ok.
This hotel is currently under refurbishment. They have changed some parts of the hotel and rooms, however, the beds are very old and very uncomfortable. We only stayed for one night even though we booked for three due to the fact that the beds were so uncomfortable and old.
